Had my oil changed here last week after hearing good things about this place. The worker at the counter gave me a coupon after the oil change was done, which knocked $20 off the price. I also inquired about an inspection since my check engine light recently turned on for a few seconds then went back off in the middle of driving. The mechanic was honest; he spat a few conjectures about what the problem mightve been (something about an oxygen sensor and carbon particles), but said an inspection would be a waste of money for me since the check engine light is no longer on, thus the computer wouldnt pick up any error messages.

They use Pennzoil first of all. Bad for your car and they argued with me when I asked if they had other options, because I am choosing not to use Pennzoil. Their website says Quaker state and when I asked about it the mechanic came up and barked in my face that they are the same company. Ok, then it should be no problem to use Quaker state right? No. They wont do it. Wow. Pennzoil uses fillers and is garbage, I would like their better oil: Quaker state. Thanks Firestone for not only letting me down, but being very rude at my inquiry.

This was a sad experience to find out that my car needed a repair more expensive than her worth; however, the employees let me stay an extra half hour while I made arrangements with my partner and were all-around gloriously caring above and beyond to the point where I didnt even mind the excessively loud, gossipy morning talk show. One particular employee talked to my dad on my cell phone when I couldnt remember what specifically was wrong with my car. This Firestone should be very proud of their phenomenal employees.

My son was in Detroit for the weekend and his truck broke down and had to be towed in on a Sunday. It was towed to this Firestone location, and they fixed the problem quickly, were very professional, and charged a reasonable fee. They even let me leave the rental car I drove there (3 hours away) sit in the lot until the rental company could come and pick it up the next day. I cant say enough about how they helped me out in a difficult situation and I recommend them highly.

I got a new set of tires for my Pruis last year and thought they were awesome and so I had them replace the tires on my wifes Subaru. There was a slow rim leak so I took it back and they fixed it. They were busy and took a little longer than expected, but ended up giving me a discount on oil change for the inconvenience. Even though i got a bit upset about the delay, they handled it very well.

I have been to this Firestone multiple times and interacted with three different employees. All have been incredibly helpful, particularily the manager, Tim. Whenever my 2002 Ford Focus has needed work, the reason for the work has been patiently and clearly explained. This Fireston is far better than the last dealership I took my car to. I would recommend it to anyone.

Ive been coming to Firestone for for a year, and, each time, I the staff have been professional, thorough, and trustworthy. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and it has a cable television. My car is my only major asset, and I am sooooo relieved to be able to trust the people who service it!

I have been going to this Firestone for at least 6 years now, and I have never once experienced bad service. They are consistently polite, and professional. If ever I should move out of the area, I will always come back here to get my car serviced. They do a great job every single time!!

Brought my car in for new tires about a year ago and recently brought it in for inspection. Ive always been satisfied with the level of service. The customer service has always been excellent! Each employee Ive come in contact with has always been friendly and patient with my questions.

We were driving across country from NYC to LA and stopped in Detroit. Wanted to get tire tire pressure and fluid levels checked and had a question about some leaking lliquid we saw...these guys checked all that answered our questions and refused payment! So nice! Thanks Motor City!!!
