Mo and his team are awesome. I had a problem with the heater core which many of you know can be very costly to fix because it is labor intensive. Mo did the job for an excellent price. When I picked up my car the same day he had also cleaned the dashboard, windshield and vacuumed the front carpet. He is an honest man of integrity. I have been telling everyone about his business. When I first walked in an inquired about his services there was a gentleman that he was helping before me. I watched how he interacted with this man which was kind, respectful and told him that he would do everything possible to keep his cost down. When the man left I told him how I appreciated the way that he treated this customer. His response was he likes to treat people like family and also said what goes around comes around. If you have any vehicle problems Mo is your guy. Fyi I never heard of him until I saw some reviews on another site and walked in his establishment. So my first time experience was a winner. Great car mechanics are hard to find.

I have been to Universal Auto before for front and back brakes and now I used them to change the serpentine belt. The business Is AMAI ZING!! They explain everything and you know what to expect. They care and are so customer service oriented and when they are done they have gifts for you. I have NEVER been treated this good in my iife at a business. My car and my sons car is in the best condition ever!! Please use this service, YOU will NOT be disapointed and this will become the only auto care center you will ever use!!!!! Trust me.

I went in to find out why my check engine light was on. I went in and left my truck there for an hour before Mo called me and told me that the light was on from my ignition coil pack going bad. He fixed it for me in under 4 hours. Now its driving great. Overall my experience was amazing! He was very considerate of my time and was nothing but kind. He even gave me an air freshener and a bag of candy just for doing business with him. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for fast, friendly service.

People are very friendly. They sold me a $600 dollar fuel pump to fix my intermittent stalling issue. Was not fixed right the first time. Stalled out 2 days later ended up towing it to Hamilton Chevrolet where they found a Body Harness Pass Through connector was shorted out. Would not recommend them
