PLEASE READ!!!! BE CAUTIOUS WHEN PURCHASING!!!!! THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE!!!!! I purchased a 2008 BMW M3 from them December of 2015. They were super nice to me while I looked at the cars, bragged consistently about the excellent condition of the car and the three month warranty, BUT once I signed the papers purchasing the car, it all stopped. I have had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS out of this car. First the catalytic converters went bad ($5,500), and when attempting to reach them I was put off as long as possible and then told they would not help me. Next, my drivers window controls went out($400), no response from Rich or the owner Kip once again. Then, my torque converter went out($2,000). Again, they told me tough luck. I drove the car down to them and told them something was wrong with it. They laughed at me and told me I obviously didnt know the car to well. Long story short Im now waiting on a $20,000 engine because they sold me one they knew was having problems and new was on the outs. They refuse to fix it or help and I now have $45,000 in a car I payed $26,000 for in less than a year. BUY WITH CAUTION, THEY ARE ONLY NICE AND COOPERATIVE TILL THEY HAVE YOUR SIGNATURE. DO NOT DEAL WITH RICH AND KIP AS THEY WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING YOU WANT TO HEAR TO GET YOU TO SIGN AND ONCE YOU DO THEY WILL GET YOU FOR EVERY PENNY UOUR WORTH!!!! ABSOLUTE WORST GROUP OF PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. CROOKED BUSINESS WITH DECEITFUL EMPLOYEES.

At first what seemed like a wonderful experience turned out to be another scam. I had my car break down on the highway over the holidays. I own a German car and sent the car to this highly rated garage. They offered to fix other "problems" with the car. I was not sure if I was going to hold on to the car, so I just had the main problem fixed. One of the other "problems" they quoted was that my brakes were ruined. Rotors, pads, calipers stuck. $754.10 brake job. Not unreasonable for an Audi; however, I did look up the parts they were using and they were charging more then double for the parts. Is more then double acceptable? The main problem I had is that I had a brake inspection done buy the dealership and there is no issues with my brakes. I have plenty of rotor and pad. And the calipers are not stuck; moreover, I asked for a quote and the cost was over $150.00 dollars less. There were other suspect "recommendations" for my car but this is the only one that I can verify. With trust broken, I wonder if I even needed the 600+ dollar repair to get me back on the road. My opinion of the faux professionalism and fancy building is they are marketing techniques to mask the true nature of the garage, which is to double charge and make up unneeded repairs. Read familiar... like all the shady experiences you have in the past with bad garages? I have added Auto Assets to my list of shady garages.

Nathan handled my deal from beginning to end. He described the car perfectly and then some & even went out of his way to have the car tinted while I waited for the transport company pick up and deliver the car to me, since I live in NJ. I bought the car sight unseen, and if anything the car was in better condition than led to believe. He stayed on top of the deal and kept me informed every step of the way. Financing was a breeze, he sent me over 100 photos, had minor rock chips professionally touched up, had the car tinted, and is a true auto enthusiast himself. He sent me all the previous owners service records as well as any work Auto Assets had performed to the vehicle. He made me feel super comfortable with my purchase, and Im glad I went through with it. Couldnt be happier. Got a great (rare) vehicle at a great price and it will not need any maintenance or major repair for months maybe even years to come. I hope to do business with them in them in the future. I highly recommend Nathan to anyone who is considering purchasing from Auto Assets, he will not sell you a vehicle he would not drive himself and if any work is done to the car he will ensure it is done as if it were his own vehicle. Thank you Nate, you have made this transaction a stress free, quick process. Once again Nate, thank you for your hard work honesty, and time. I foresee us doing business in the future.

Nathan was my direct contact at Auto Assets and right from the start I felt his none pressure sales approach was the right one for me. Him and I exchanged many emails and text messages as well as constructive conversations about the 2008 BMW convertible I was looking to purchase without seeing it from New Jersey. He really made me feel comfortable about my 1st online purchase and that his mechanics had inspected the car very carefully to insure nothing was needed mechanically. I hired the Lemon Squad to inspect the car and the dealership was very receptive to allowing everything to be checked and test driven. The report came back very positive so my purchase was complete. Great information from Nathan on an optional warranty from the best providers and the transportation company who drove the car to NJ. I recommend doing business with Auto Assets as theyre a reliable, trustworthy and professional organization with high standards and customer focus in mind.

After looking for months, I found a rare Cayman S at Auto Assets. I then found Nathan and Chip good folks to buy a car from. Both stayed after hours two days in a row (we were in Columbus on business) to help us drive the car, show us around their incredible shop (lots of fun race cars!), and finish up paperwork. Nathan gladly took the Cayman to the local Porsche dealer for a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI, highly recommended when buying a used car) and the car checked out great. Nathan also worked quickly with my credit union to finish up all the required paperwork, no small chore. I happily recommend Auto Assets and Nathan to anyone looking for a special car, or anyone wanting to look at fun cars in Northern Columbus (lots of fun, cool cars, old and new). The local Porsche shop also said good things about their service work, so Ill be taking the Cayman back there for the next service.

We absolutely would recommend this dealership to anyone. My wife and I love in Pittsburgh a were in the market for a specific vehicle- Porsche Cayenne Turbo! Auto Assets had the only Turbo Cayenne within 300 miles for the price range and mileage we were looking for... Eddie was my point of contact throughout the sale. He not only was honest, friendly, but terribly helpful. Eddie secured a loan not only in the payment range but also with a fantastic interest rate. Eddie found a loan for us which was literally $200/month less than anyone I had already checked with... The car was just as described and was accompanied by a fantastic warranty. Not only was the service and vehicle great but Eddie have us $40 to get the kids ice cream during the wait. Bottom line= A+ dealership. Family ownership means a lot!

Purchased a GTI from this dealership recently. Car was better than advertised. WAY better. It looked like it came out of the show room. Given that I live about 3 hours away, this was very helpful. They had all of the service documented on the car and were very transparent about its condition. One of the service personnel actually did a full under-carriage inspection with me! He put the car up on the lift and walked through everything with me. I am knowledgeable enough but no mechanic so it was certainly a huge help. To make a long story short, if you are in the market for a VW/Audi or whatever is on their lot, this is the guy you want to buy a car from. I seriously doubt you will find a better dealer anywhere.
