The reason I gave this Midas a try is because I locked my keys in my vehicle while going to the bank next door. The gentleman used a jimmy to get my keys for me. Unfortunately upon my return for service was not good and completely ruined any previous good feelings. I purchased four new tires for a price of close to $900.00 from them. They told me the price that was "out the door". First thing they did not do was balance the tires at all. I expected that was included and did not even ask them about it. What business would not do a balance on new tires? I ended up going to NTB for this. Since I purchased another set of four factory rims they needed TPM valve sensors which I supplied also. I inquired if they could reset my computer to the valves which they said would be no problem. I ended up having to return the vehicle for a day to have this done. They mistakenly told me the computer would automatically sense the valves. This is not true. All new TPS valves must be "woken up" with a device connected to the computer port. I had to arrange a vehicle to use while mine was in the shop. Lastly, I discovered an extra $25 "shop supply " charge. Not the promised out the door price they told me. When I asked about this because there is no shop supplies used when installing a tire on a rim, he told me this was just a extra way of charging every customer no matter what is performed. It is 7% of the bill up to a maximum of $25. This is totally taking advantage of the customer! The prices are higher than most other comparable shops. I do not recommend or will give them my hard earned money ever again.

I have been taken many cars and trucks into this shop over the years. The manager Chris has been there the entire time and I have had excellent service each time. Many times I sit in the waiting room and watch interaction between customers and customer service, whether it be Chris, assistant manager or mechanics, all is done on a very professional level. I have witness customers told what they need done for them to leave the shop in a car that is road worthy. I have also seen where recommendations were also given about additional work that could be done, but never a high pressure to make the customer feel like it has to be done today. As far as oil changes, they do not promote themselves as a ten minute job and off you go, time is taken to do a complete visual courtesy check to let you know if anything else is wrong that the customer may not know about. Fast is not always best. The mechanic Russ has personal worked on my trucks over the years and is top notch. Most people think of Midas for brakes and mufflers, this shop can and has done it all. I personally would recommend this shop to anyone that is having car issues, you will be treated with the up most respect.

I thought the place was going to be great. Spoke with Chris who assured me that they would be able to beat a competitors price and quoted me a price over the phone. I asked if this price would be my final total. I have been to several shops where the include all kinds of little things to jack up the price after what they quote you. Shop fees, clean up, disposal etc. Chris assured me it would include everything but tax. I let Chris know I would be coming and took my car in. When I left they tried to charge me the normal price instead of the quoted price. Chris checked me out and I reminded him of the price he gave me and he said he could give that price. Then rung up another total that was still 50 bucks more then what he quoted. I asked what that was and he said that it was shop fees and shop parts. I reminded him that what he quoted me was everything but tax. He ended up knocking a little off the price but in the end I still paid 10% more than the other guys and more than the quoted price. I suggest Tuffy next door they were the original place I took my car and I wish I would have stayed there,

I went to get my heat in my car fixed. They charged me 300$ and then told me that it was only "kind of" fixed. I understood that what they did wasnt what it needed and wasnt paying for the actual thing that would fix it; even though they were already over charging me for what they did do. Then I got to the shop and my car was idling so hard the car was rocking. When I told them they messed something up, they tried to say I was lying and that it was already doing that when I brought it in. Now, if it was doing that they would have said something because then they would fix it and get my money. Then he said, well we did notice it was idling weird when we brought it back out. THEN WHY WOULD YOU LET ME DRIVE IT AWAY LIKE THAT. I told them to fix it and they gave me a hard time about it. Completely tried to take advantage of me because Im a women. Once my car is fixed. I will NOT pay another cent and I will NEVER be back to them.

I stopped by this Midas on the way home from the Chiller one late afternoon because I saw that my spare tire was hanging underneath my SUV and could potentially fall off or cause damage to the undercarriage of my vehicle. It was a half hour before closing time, but the gentlemen at this location took the time to evaluate my situation, tried to resolve it, and ultimately brought my truck into the shop and had to use a blowtorch to cut my tire off from underneath. They spent a decent amount of time working on my vehicle (half hour or so) and when they brought it around me when it was done, they refused payment and told me to have a good day. Customer service like this is why I will DEFINITELY drive my vehicle back to have furure work done by them despite being a further drive from my home than several other shops. Thank you so much for taking care of my problem so quickly and saving the day!

I have been bringing my vehicles to the Midas Polaris Store for a few years now. I keep coming back because of the quality of their work is superb and they have phenomenal customer service. I have never felt pressured by them to buy products and services I do not need. If I am there for an oil change I am in and out in a timely manner. If I am there for an issue with my car they take the time to explain what is going on what they recommend to be fixed now and what can wait. I always know what the cost will be before they service my vehicle so I am never shocked by the price. I highly recommend the Midas Polaris store and will continue to refer to refer to my friends and family who are in need their services.
