Without getting my permission or even notifying me, they replaced one of my tires with a different tire than what it originally was. I had Eagle GTs, they put a Fierce Instinct on. It was a really nice surprise when I went to pay for it. I asked Chip, the manager at the store, why this happened. He replied as if he was irritated with my inquiry. "They stopped making the Eagle GTs and I cant get any for your vehicle, they dont exist within 100 miles of here." He also didnt seem to care that no one contacted me about this before it actually happened. Maybe it was a bad day and he was stressed - I can understand that. I paid for the tire and went on my way. ***** Two months later, I fell victim to Michigan potholes and need to replace yet another tire. This time, I take it to Madison Heights Goodyear because a friend of mine works there now. He calls me today and tells me that they have 16 Eagle GTs for my car in their warehouse. 16! This means that this Grand Blvd. Goodyear either lied to me about the Eagle GTs or they simply dont have access to that warehouse for some reason (which I highly doubt). Either way, the news I received today made me really glad that I did not give this place my business again. The lacking customer service is one thing, but to put so little effort into providing an explanation for their own error just seemed disrespectful and what they did provide me may not even be true. Use this place only if you really have to...

Do not EVER go to this place. Went in for a tire after having a blow out in traffic and let them know I was in a rush. An hour and a half later, I was told that they did a total inspection of my car and I needed some other repairs. I was simply there for a tire! Very rude assistant manager threw my money and keys at me, refused to tell me what they were doing under my hood, and call the cops. The very next day, I notice the lug nuts were all loose, and my car was shaking and smoking. The repair guys did something to my car! Currently, I am in the process of filing a complaint against this store and possibly taking legal action. DO NOT GO HERE! I would have been better off calling a tow truck and getting towed home, I would have spent less money and I would still have my car.

I got a flat tire after work one evening and had to have my car towed to this Goodyear since it is within walking distance from my home. I dealt with Melissa there and I can say that she was great! I needed all new tires and she gave me their price and allowed me to shop around for a lower prices which she told me that Goodyear would match as long as it was the same brand and tire. I cant speak for other people there, but if you go here, ask for Melissa (shes the only female there) and she will work with you, esp if youre on a budget like I was. She was honest, fair and flexible with me and cant say enough about how she really helped me out when I was in a tough spot.

Worst service i have had anywhere for anything restaurants, mechanics, stores, anywhere! Instead of being helped i was getting yelled at after not saying "sure let me just go with your list and just fix w.e you feel like fixing today". Another thing he was trying to do was compare himself to a doctor? Really? A doctor? what the hell is going on with this establishment and why are they still in business? Please read my post and all the others and really ask yourself. Do i really want to have a headache today or do i just want to get my car fixed?

Wish I would have seen NTs review before stopping in. My Honda Accord was sounding loud, and upon inspection - i.e. looking under the car - I could see an exhaust leak behind the catalytic converter flange. I took in here because the location was convenient to my work. They called with an estimate of $1200. The whole exhaust system needed replacement? I said no way. They change me $48 for the diagnosis! Really! Like you couldnt see the bolts on the flange rusted out. I ended up buying bolts at Home depot and fixing myself.

I went to get an annual car inspection recommend by my employer my car is brand New 2015 Toyota Camry. They "inspected" the car, and told me that I have to change all tires cuz theyre worn out and dont meet the requirement. I told him i have original factory tires and rims, this car only has 8,000 miles. And the tires are brand NEW!!!!!!! I paid them 20 dollars for the inspection report and went to another location that passed my inspection with flying colors. Be aware of these Hungry MF. Wolfs.. Excuse my French....

Went in once before and they did a ok job, but a friend told me they got a new staff working there decided to give a second try since they are close to my work. They did a excellent job and were very professional. will definitely be back if i need any more work. But just a fyi they close at 6 not seven like google says

If you are even thinking about coming to this place. Smash your head into a wall first just to avoid the headache. They couldnt even get simple lug nuts off a car. They are slow and terrible mechanics. This is the worst case Ive ever seen of a horrible business.

My mother caught a flat tire and was nearby Goodyear. She had no money, but an employee there named Tony didnt care. He changed her tire for free. Only thing he wanted was a good review. Thank you Tony

BE CAREFUL ! They forgot to tighten the lug nuts on my front tires when i got my tired rotated. I could turn them with my bare hands. Not good at all
