Clueless when balancing tires. Their price was cheaper than any of the other tire retailers, but you get what you pay for. Got four new ties installed. Vehicle shook like crazy at highway speeds afterward. Went back and they said front tires were out of balance. So they rebalanced them. It didnt change the vibration. Took back again. They had only balanced the rims on the inside. On the last visit, they balanced on the inside and outside and finally solved the problem.

Dont waste your time here! Came here for 2 new tires... took over 2 hours and was only quoted an hour. Poor customer service.

2.5 hrs for an oil change, when there did not appear to be other cars waiting and there was a surplus of workers.
