I had a power steering hose leaking on my car. showed up with the car and the new hose to be installed. Rich (the owner) personally worked on my car. The rack and pinion started to leak shortly after i picked it up. this was not their fault. took my car elsewhere to have the rack and pinion replaced. the other shop i took it to called and told me i needed a new power steering hose. they saved the old one (the one R&M installed) for me to show me why i needed a new hose. the hose was bent in 3 places and looked a lot different than when i took it to R&M. After talking with the owner I am more upset than I was to begin with. He sat behind his desk and told me that the part had these vise grip marks and bends in it when i showed up. THIS WAS A LIE. the part was brand new in the bag when i took it there. never even opened. My new hose was installed with no problems at all and needed no bending to make it fit. it was the same part, ordered from the same oreillys. all i wanted was for them to pay for the hose, which was less than the cost of labor. they refused. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AND I WILL BE SURE TO STEER FRIENDS AND FAMILY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. THEY DID A HACK JOB ON MY CAR!!

Incredible job on my ranger. Yea its an old one (99 with 200k+ on it) most would say not to repair it, and buy a new truck. Well, I love my truck. They didnt judge me or look down on me for putting money into it. I probably could have done the work myself (brakes, full exhaust, and power steering leak) but didnt have the time or desire anymore to work on cars. They treated my truck great. The power steering repair looks wonderful. The price was fair also. Plus letting them do it, I got a warranty! I would definitely recommend seeing these folks for your repair needs. I passed several repair shops to get to them and would gladly do it again. Thank you for helping me keep my truck running longer!

Had my Jeep Liberty towed there Wednesday night. All fixed Thursday afternoon. I was a wreck about needing to get my car fixed. They did a great job fixing it, my water pump had broken and serpentine belt came off. They fixed all of that, topped off the fluids, checked the air pressure in my tires and replaced all that was wrong. This is my new place to take my Jeep when needed for repairs!

THE BEST....would never take my cars anywhere else. Rich is honest (hard to find in this industry!) and affordable. Have been with him for 9+ years and will never go elsewhere!!! Terrific work and always done very quickly and completely!
