We thought we finally met an honest mechanic until I looked at my invoice and noticed I was charged $312 for a part I could have delivered to my front door the next day for $180. Then when I called him out on it he told me he would not stay in business if he did not mark up his parts. Well you wont stay in business if you rip off your customers. Nothing but a theif. Stay away from this place!

I have been going to Northbound for a few years now. The owners, Pete & Mary are great folks and do great work. They have been helpful, efficient, and have provide quick and reliable service every time I have taken my vehicle in. Their prices are competative and I would highly recommend them.

horrible service, I called to see how much to replace a pcv valve and the guy was too lazy to look up a price and almost cried saying he didnt know a price. Never even gave me a price range just said ok. RUDE, WOULD NEVER GO THERE, THEY DONT EVEN SOUND LIKE THEY KNOW TOO MUCH ABOUT CARS.

Awful service. Took my truck in for a front end alignment right at open time in the morning. Two more guys come in after me and are told their vehicles will be done before noon and then before 2. He then tells me that mine wont be done until 5.
