I have taken my vehicles here for a very long time (when Mike owned it). I heard they sold and never took anything back. I went in there several months ago with my Cadillac and found out that Mike did sell, but sold it to his family (Andy and his wife - Mikes daughter). I had them do several things on my Cadillac and they were very caring and understanding of my problems. They charged me a lot less than I expected and did exceptional work. I took it back into them for more work and again, same satisfaction. They even did work and didnt even charge me... and diagnosed other problems and let me know. They are very easy to work with and Andy and his wife are amazing people. Sometimes things might not work out in the way we expect, (like the other guy posting about his "bad experience") Things dont always go as expected and sometimes there may be an error - they are human! From my experience, Andy and his wife have a great customer satisfaction attitude and I am sure they tried everything they could to appease the situation... sometimes this doesnt work no matter how hard you try. I sold my Cadillac and just bought a Toyota Camry and I will be bringing this into them within the next week for service. There are a lot of service centers and mechanic shops all around, but finding one that is professional with excellent customer service is hard to find. Id trust these people with any vehicle I have... if they make a mistake - at least they try to make it right and arent afraid to admit if they are wrong - who else would do that? STAY A WAY FROM THIS SHOP... 220 TO CHANGE A FUEL PUMP AND THATS WASNT EVEN WHY I TOOK IT TO HIM. CHARGED ME TO LOOK AT THE TICKING SOUND THEN CALLED ME TO TELL ME IT WAS FIXED. AS SOON AS I STARTED IT UP IT WAS STILL THERE. TOLD ME IM SORRY HE COULDNT TEST DRIVE IT HE WAS THE ONLY ONE AT THE SHOP. SO HE COULDNT TELL IF HE FIXED THE RIGHT THING... LOL ... WHAT A JOKE THEN ON TOP OF THAT HE DAMAGED MY TRUCK AND DIDNT HAVE THE BALLS TO TALL ME BOUT IT. I HAD TO CONFRONT HIM ABOUT IT. HIS BULL CRAP INS DONT COVER RENTAL CARS SO NOW IM OUT OF POCKET AGAIN... I WILL BE TAKING THIS GUY TO COURT. I HAVE PROOF OF EVERYTHING I HAVE STATED IN THIS REVIEW. PLUS HE DIDNT EVEN PUT STUFF BACK ON RIGHT THAT WAS CONNECTED TO TO FUEL PUMP THAT DIDNT NEED REPLACED... PLEASE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR DONT TAKE IT TO THIS HACK...

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We have been taking all of our vehicles to Howilers for over 15 years and recommend them to all of our friends and family. They are very honest and ONLY repair what is necessary. There have been multiple times in the past that the dealership diagnosed a problem that wasnt the issue and were going to charge us $1200; we took it to Howilers and they diagnosed the REAL issue and it cost half that amount. Another time we were told we needed new ball joints and bearings and we took it to Howilers and it was only a bulging tire. LOVE THESE GUYS!

Do NOT GO THERE!!!! They replace my fuel pump in 2007 ram for $640!! They messed up me Gas Tank. they cut a hose coming from tank and filled that gap with a screw so every 30 cents of filling gas the nozzle pop out!! It was taking me about 25 minutes to filled up gas tank. Also, my fuel gauge does not work properly. 1/4 on gauge means empty tank now and on dash where the mileage shows I have "GASCAP" warning in place of mileage now!!! My mechanic told me I would need new Fuel Tank!!! Be Smart and Dont waste your time and MONEY with them!!!

Weve used Howilers a few times now and I can honestly say that I trust them more than any other auto shop Ive been too. The service is friendly and fast. My wifes car was making a very annoying sound, so we took it to Howilers to get it checked out. Within a couple hours they called and let us know that it was simply a strut that needed lube. They didnt charge us anything since it was a simple fix! They dont make up excuses to do unnecessary work like a lot of other auto shops around town. Highly recommended!!

This shop replaced 6 plugs and 1 coil pack, week later a technician looked at my engine 1 plug was covered in oil from a leek that i would think they would of made me aware of, but howilers techs did not bring this to my attention nor all of the elbows tht were torn all around the engine where they had done work, had to have techs from another shop replace and fix what needed to be done so the engine is now no longer missing. I feel i was ovet charged and that they didnt care if my car was truely fixed or not.

I had broken a caliper bolt off after changing my rotors and pads. I tried using an EZOut to back out the broken portion, with no luck. I was in the shop at 8:40 and out by 10:00. They got the broken bolt out, they re-threaded the hole and had me on my way for only the cost of labor. I say give them a try. Very Friendly, and they wont screw you like a dealership.

They had me in and out in 30 minutes on a starter, for 1990 Buick Century. Great service, very nice, and reasonably priced. Will use for all my service needs from now on.
