A portion of my wifes tailpipe fell off on her way to work today. She drove to Southgate Ford where we purchased the Escape. $97 for the tech to tell her she needed a new exhaust system (middle and rear sections) = $1267. She took it to Southgate Midas instead for their estimate. No diagnostic fee and out the door for $208, no need for a new exhaust system. Tailpipe replaced SAME DAY at Southgate Midas (thank you Midas for honest service for a fair price). Also, they didnt have parts in stock but called and got them and vehicle was ready by the end of the day. This is not a one time GREAT JOB AT AN HONEST PRICE. 20 years ago when a Honda dealer told my wife (then fiancé) that she needed $850 in brake work, Tom put it up on the lift at Southgate Midas and showed me no leaks in the brake line and a lot of life left on the brakes- telling me that he wouldnt recommend any work at the time. Every experience over the past 20 years has been similar. Highly recommended but more importantly highly trusted.

Very disapponted. Made a 730 am appointment to get oil changed and tires rotated. Got there on time. I was told I would have to wait because a truck was on the lift they use for oil changes. I tood employee I was assured the day before that if I came in at 730 I would be taken care of quickly. I took 2 hours off work to be there. He said take it up with the guy that made the appointment. If he wanted to keep me as a customer he could have said sorry about the inconvience...and maybe give me a coupon for a discounted oil change. He didnt really care. I will not be back. (I can see why more and more Midas shops are going out of business, they dont really care about their customers)

This shop was great. I did some research online on what to expect to pay for the problem that I had, and they fixed it quickly and for less than the lowest estimate I found. The staff was friendly, professional, and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone!

Ive been here multiple times for repairs, oil changes, and assistance with towing from a towing service down the road that they refer to. Theyve always been friendly and reasonable and are very good at knowing the turn around times.

Very pleased with the service. Jeff got me in and out ahead of the time he estimated for me and gave me the exact price he estimated to ( which was less than I anticipated). I will definitely recommend this shop.
