Website says they will do custom dual exhaust, apparently this is untrue. I wanted to trailer in my 4x4 off-road only jeep with a fresh V8 conversion to have a custom dual exhaust made and installed. They said it would have to have all original emissions equipment despite the fact the vehicle was for offroad only and would not even be plated. Since I know some shops will not install exhaust without catalyitic converters (understandable) I thought I would let them give me an idea how much this would be. They started telling me the donor V8 engine originally had 4 catalytic converter and 2 y pipes, which would be about $1000. I cut them off before they even told me how much the mufflers and labor were going to be. 4 Cats and 2 y-pipes would not even fit under the jeep, and certainly would not be a custom dual exhaust as their website claims. I would never go here. They were completely unreasonable to talk to on the phone. Instead I went to a national chain that starts with a M and ends with roe. They began talking reasonably about using only two high flow Cats, and could do a dual exhaust with H-pipe. My total bill was much less than the bullcrap $1000 this place wanted for the 4 cats alone. If you want custom work, do not come here!!!

I had a brake job done in 2016. They told me I had a 1 year warranty on parts and labor. The rotors they put on my car were junk! They warped and I took the car back to them while it was still under their warranty. However they try to tell me the warranty was only on parts and they tried to chrage me $75 for labor. I got mad then they said they would go ahead and do the work because "money doesnt mean anything". I didnt trust them to do it after they were trying to rip me off for $75. So I took my car and left! Dont trust these guys, they have had no education I. Auto repair. I ask them where they got the education for working on cars they told me they didnt have any training! I will never go there again.

When I say the best honest car service Ive ever had I mean that. All I can say is if u need anything done worked on on your car I would call them first. Fast service as well. I recommend everyone to give them a call. You will see what Im talking about. I had a muffler put on, a tire, coals and they were even nice enough to check other stuff without charging me. Im so use to car shops getting over on a customer. They actually care about the work and satisfaction of the customer. Thanx Ill be back trust me. And email if u guys have questions. Thats how serious I am. I think I might be the happiest customer theyve seen thus far.

Went to get luge nuts for my car replaced and they guy told me that I would have to go and buy them from the dealer because he didnt have the special kind I had. I have never heard of a lug nut being special! Nor has my dad whom has worked on cars for many places for over 40 years! He also was going to charge an arm and leg for the fix and then the labor. He then made a really rude comment about my child, whom has a brace on her leg for a reason and he went and asked about it but in a rude way and its rude to ask anyways!

When a new owner attacks the former, who is a friend of mine, I will never go there. There is nothing for the former to apologize for. He did everything legally allowed by law. Have to question if the new owner will based on his own comments. There was no bad experience with the former owner. He just refused to do illegal work. Always went above and beyond for his customers.

I feel like I was way over charged for what I got and when I got isnt really what I wanted and the job they did I believe it looks like a twelve-year-old did it so I would not go there again the only reason Im giving them stars is because it was very quick I stopped in there and was in an hour I was taking care of but like I said I am not happy with it

WARNING. Got a new muffler 01/29/2010. They give a lifetime warranty on mufflers in writing.Took it in today 8/1/2011 because the muffler is rusting out and is making loud noise. They refuse to replace the muffler. I will be filling a small claims against them to recover the repair costs. WARNING!

Paid close to $100 for a flex pipe change and we came back within the first minute after the repair due to horrible leak noise worse than before. Loyal customer to SOLO muffler but they were closed and came here.
