They are absolutely horrible! I made my payment, admittedly a few days late but I made sure I made it. I told the lady when she called me I wanted to make sure everything was taken care of because I would be moving and didnt want to have any issues with not being able to get in my unit. So the day comes that I go to grab my things from the unit- having hired movers- and they have a lock on my door, I called them clearly very upset as I had already told them I was moving out and didnt want to have any issues. They never returned my call, the next day comes around and I go back thinking maybe they didnt have time to call me back but took the lock off the door, however, that was not the case at all! They still had the lock on the door! So I called them again! Clearly very very unhappy that I had movers for 2 days that I was paying for and left a message. When they finally called me back the next day the women who called me was the most unprofessional person I have ever spoke with in my life! She said, "the lock has been removed, you have until the 25th to be out, people make mistakes!" and as I tried to respond by saying alright as long as the lock is off I will be out she hung up the phone before I could even finish my sentence! I am absolutely discussed by how this company is ran and I will make sure no family members or friends of mine with work with them so they dont have to go through the battle with them as I have!

If I could leave zero stars I would. The worst customer service. The light by our unit has never worked and has never been fixed, the gate "broke" and was left open several times for up to a week leaving the secure storage unsecured. These are just a few things. Do not store your belongings here!

Kind of a mess right now with remodeling going on. Staff was nice, but forgot to tape my box like they told me they would. Other than that good service.
