Mover beware! Read the fine print & ask questions with Integrity if you value the items you are moving. Items of significant value were damaged/or broken during our recent move. The items broken were wrapped well with bubble wrap inside lined/protected boxes (thought to be un-breakable). Obviously, the boxes were tossed/or slammed around. When I submitted a claim to Integrity with pictures, I was told the "free insurance" that is offered is only for items that Integrity packs/boxes. I was offered half of the purchase price of the items and not the full value. Ridiculous. Also, a bench was damaged that is being repaired by Integrity. A bench that was obviously tossed around as well. This is the second time weve used Integrity, but it was the last. I will not give my business/or recommend business to a moving company that only offers half the replacement value of items that were broken because of their staff. Quote from their site: We are so confident in the quality of our work that we provide ACTUAL CASH VALUE INSURANCE for FREE -- Not true. Again, beware.

DONT EVEN THINK OF MOVING YOUR KID TO COLLEGE WITHOUT USING INTEGRITY MOVING COMPANY!! This saved me time, money, tears of trying to get my daughter and her friend moved into The Ohio State University. This was another wonderful experience thanks to your professional and courteous moving team. You have a real gem with Ken as the moving team leader. Even initially being down one man, it was raining and we were headed to a difficult unloading site, he was positive and professional the entire time. I cant imaging doing college move in with your team. Thanks so much to Ken, Kelvin and Steve who arrived later to help! Wonderful team effort.

We had a great experience using Integrity moving: 1) The website was easy to use and made the quote process a snap. 2) The estimate was very reasonable compared to the others we received. 3) The team showed up on time and were ready to go. 4) They did a quick walkthrough to know what was to be moved. 5) They were very fast but cautious. No scarred walls or broken items. 6) They asked and placed everything where we requested. 7) They finished an hour earlier than the estimate. We would definitely recommend and use Integrity again for our next move.

We used Leaders a few months ago, but they damaged some of our furniture so we decided to try Integrity for the next move. Integrity was AMAZING! Very efficient, professional, and steady with all items. They packed them with care on the truck and took their time to put everything where we wanted it. One main difference... the 3 men worked as a team for everything, communicating and sharing the weight. Leaders didnt do that and Leaders was more haphazard about the packing of items.

Moved with integrity two months ago and was wrongfully charged for an extra hour ($109) because the movers falsely reported that they arrived an hour earlier than they did. When confronting the company, the movers stuck with their false claim and we were not able to get our money back. Would not recommend moving with a company that is comfortable taking $109 from two college students.

Ali in the office was extremely helpful in scheduling our move (even though I called fairly last minute), and the team who came to our home was very punctual, professional, and just generally nice and helpful. Their price was also very reasonable compared to the other companies I called. I highly recommend this company and plan to use the next time we move.

Recently used Integrity Movers service and during the move 2 of the movers went "missing" for about 30 minutes so they could extend their time and charge me more. When I called and spoke with the owner, Jim, he began an argument with me. He clearly did not want to address the concern. Do not use this company! I never will use them again.

We used IM to unload our PODS for a cross country move; the three movers worked diligently, unloading two in under 2 hours. One of the PODS was jammed and could not open, so the team leader Gary crawled inside the POD to address the issue. The guys worked hard in 85 degree heat and were all very courteous and helpful.

I would seriously consider changing your companys name. After dealing with the company called "integrity first movers" and coming on here to write a review, your company comes up first when searching and can get a bit confusing. I wouldnt want anyone to mix my company up with theirs... just thought Id let you know!

I have used Integrity Moving three times now and every experience has been wonderful. On each occasion, I did not have an overlap between leases. They were able to move all of my things into storage and back out again into my new apartment in under the expected time. They were also very courteous and friendly.

These guys are absolute pros. They arrived promptly at the pickup location and notated any scratches, chips and damages to the piano. They had the process down; they were very careful while loading and then handling the instrument up a flight of stairs, they made it look easy! Would definitely hire again.

I was very satisfied with the service I received. The movers were punctual and very courteous. They took very good care of my items and successfuly handled the difficult task of breaking down and reassembling a hospital bed. The cost was reasonable. The best moving experience I have ever had!

I had the pleasure of being serviced by Gary, Robert and James. Then again, with James and Chris who were outstanding (see photo). In total they packed three U-Pack cubes. I am happy to say nothing was damaged. I highly recommend them to you.
