1. They lost the hardware to our babys crib. They left the crib in pieces and told my husband to put the crib together if/when we found the hardware. I asked them what we do if we cant find the hardware and they said to call them and they will figure something out. We never found the hardware that THEY lost and the owner of the company, Adam, and the mover have not returned any of our phone calls. We have left them several messages.2. They scratched our brand new dresser. I showed it to the mover and he tried using a wood pen filler, but it still showed. He didnt have any solution to help fix the mistake he made.3. They scuffed up our brand new glider chair.4. They didnt reassemble our bed correctly. They left the four support legs for the center of the bed off and didnt reconnect the lights. We saw the four support legs hidden behind a piece of furniture. Our bed wouldve collapsed had we not found the legs they chose not to put back on the bed. I advise anyone moving to NOT use them. 5. We were told we would get a receipt emailed to us by the owner/manager, Adam on the same day of the move. THey only accept cash payments and we never received a receipt. They are very nice, but if they screw up they will not resolve any issues and will ignore your calls. Its a shame that our furniture is ruined and my little baby doesnt have a crib to sleep in. I had to call Babies R Us to ask how to get hardware and now I have to spend more money to have my crib put together, my dresser fixed, and my glider cleaned. I am beyond frustrated with this company enough to get a lawyer involved to ensure they dont get away with this awful customer service to anyone else.Id like to point out when I booked them they said the price included disassembly and reassembly and also said they were fully insured. They lied.

Shady... bumbling fools. And Adam is a seriously out of control business owner that has no business being in business. His mouth shows a clear education in his past and his behavior proves hes done nothing useful with it. Expensive leather couch torn and scuffed all over and it was a metal frame recliner and the power box got smashed and I was explicit with Adam during the scheduling that the sofa should be wrapped before moving and even tried to get the movers to wrap it before moving it and I was promised by Adam that theyd have the notes and be spoken to about it before they showed up and the movers promised thered be no damage when they decided to move it without first wrapping it. They also bent a $400 stainless steel grill I ended up throwing out, and ruined a $400 entertainment center (also not wrapped). Instead of lifting the entertainment center, they scooted it and the foot pegs split the edges of the wood. I have pictures of all of this and it has all been clearly documented (not that it matters). At first Adam was willing to pay for the damage, but then later that clearly was not the case. Not only that, the the mover actually tried to get me to sign a receipt saying there was no damage and that was after he took pictures and sent them to Adam. However, Adam decided to belittle and berate me instead. He even went so far as to suggest hed sue me if I took the time out to write anything negative about my experience with his company. Hes a bully, and I dont like bullies. I suggest everybody watch out for these fools. Ive been so busy, Ive not had the time to report this incident to the better business bureau, but have full plans to do so.

Let me start from the beginning, they were on time, but it went down hill from there fast. First of all, dont get sucked in by his low quote and small price he gives at time of your phone estimate. I moved with them on 6-24-17. He asks what you are moving, but that list of items you tell him doesnt make it to the drivers hands, That is so he can blame leaving your items behind at your old house on you, and then have the audacity to say, Ill send another truck, but you will be paying for it, really!!! They state that they take apart your furniture, and rebuild it, yet, they strip your screws and put things together wrong, its maddening!!! I literally wanted to step in and help, which I did several times, and then strangle the guy for ruining the screws on my kids bunk beds and other furniture. He actually said, whoever put these things together, they stripped them, Johnny boy, I have news for you arsshole. I built them, and nothing was stripped. They scratched my furniture, left my patio table, left my grill, and my oven, lmao, it was a joke. Then, to top it off, I kept asking were my fridge handles were, and kept getting, ok, Ill go get them. He finally did get them, but at same time, his partner diverted my attention to the Bill and took me outside, because they scratched the hell out of them. What really pisses me off, other than the greasy owner is, I tipped them generously, and then, after the fact, I found so many issues and DEFICIENCIES after they finally left. IT WAS RIDICULOUS. Do yourself a favor. Do not use them. If I could give f ing 0 negative stars I would.

Adam was able to schedule movers for me in short order. I contacted him on Tuesday - he scheduled movers for Thursday. I received a courtesy call confirming the move date and time the day before the move. On the day of the move, the drivers phoned me to let me know when they were on their way. They arrived when they said they would and got straight to work. The effort was seamless. They were courteous to me and my belongings.They were even patient when my unit was not quite ready for move in - a 45 minute delay on my part and not your team. The team was great and I will certainly call again should I need any further moving assistance.

My Son Iphone 7 plus was stolen after letting one of the movers use the restroom i thought the owner would make some compensation and i emailed several time with no response. i used them because they came to my place of work. Everyone in my new home has the new iphones and ipads. Were a techy family and i have no reason to blame someone . The movers left the door off the hinges and left the bed ties on there were getting away so fast, Im very disappointed and i will not ever use them again i should have use my usual movers but i tried something diffrent now im regretting it very disappointed in lack of customer service

I was pretty impressed with these guys. They showed up 10 minutes early (still started the clock at the expected 9:30am time though!) They were friendly and very efficient. Completed the move in less than 2 hours (I wasnt moving far, but still). Not sure why some of the reviews read that ppl didnt get a receipt.. I did and I paid with cash. I actually liked that the owner accepted cash. It proved his workers were trustworthy and I felt more comfortable with them moving my stuff.
