We were so glad we chose Movers R Us to move us. The coordinator, Kingsley, was so helpful and patient with us. He made sure that we had everything we needed and all of our questions were answered. Our movers (Josh and Eric) were awesome. They were very pleasant and made sure that our items were packed and secured to our satisfaction. Unfortunately, we had to move in 10 degree weather, with snow. Not once did we hear them vent or complain about those conditions. They remained upbeat and nice. Movers R Us helped take away so much of the stress that comes with moving. We highly recommend this company and if we move again, we will be sure to use them as well.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY! They will book an appointment with you then WONT show up. We called an hour after they were supposed to be at our house and they asked if we could re-schedule. First, thats not the proper way to reschedule they should have called us. Secondly, you cant reschedule after your already an hour late. Third, its the last day of the month, normal people moving on this day have to be out by the first and therefore rescheduling is not an option thats why youve booked the appointment in the first place. LASTLY, THEY NEVER CALLED BACK TO LET US KNOW THEY WERENT coming. What a joke. Completely unprofessional.

I was going to use this company but all i see is the bad reviews, THEN this company responds to the bad reviews with excuses. LOL if you schedule an appointment with a customers. It does not matter if youre "too busy" with another client, or my favorite , Blame the customer because the made a " the end of the month is the busiest time for us, bad time to schedule a last minute move" POOR POOR excuses. If youre to busy simply dont schedule the appointment. You will not be getting my business. Cant wait to read what you write about me! own up to your poor business practices.

Awesome Work! I would like to add a note for Mover R Us about the excellent work done last week by Kingsley and his crew in a cold day for 8 long hours. Crew of 3 worked so hard, pretty much non-stop, and could have not been more careful with any and all items that we had. Team who worked in my house are wonderful. I highly recommend Movers R Us Company because of reasonable prices, nice and professional from the very beginning to end.

PLEASE DONT LET KINSLEY AND FRIENDS MOVE YOUR BELONGINGS!! Very unprofessional service i recieved from this company. They moved my funiture, broke my furniture, duct taped my furniture, ripped my brand new mattress and failed to tell me about the damage. I called to report the damage and supposedly he was sending me a claim form but i have yet to recieve it. 10

Dependable honest guys...I called them the same day and they where out within a couple hours .. The. Crew leader was very knowledgeable. The price was affordable and they finished within 3hrs with no breaks highly recommended
