My wife and I were interested in a possible membership so we set up a walk-through. When we got there at 10am on a Sunday, we were informed that the person doing our walk-through wouldnt be in until 1pm. Someone else did give us a tour, and we filled out paperwork to join, and were told that we would be contacted soon. 2 weeks later, and nothing. We had already had a horrid experience with Carls Family YMCA years ago when my daughter, then 7, went on an outing with staff where nobody felt it necessary to reapply sun screen. She was burned so bad she blistered. I guess time doesnt make a bad place any better. Pass

The Carl’s Family YMCA is an important part of our community. In addition to the wonderful facility and programs they offer, I always look forward to the events that the YMCA organizes. You can tell that families who belong to the Y are benefitting not only physically, but also by connecting with others and the community around them. I think everyone should visit the YMCA to see how it can help to make your family stronger.

The staff at Carls Y is really super & friendly & helpful. The Gym & the whole place is so inviting. I get the free pass to go there - to work out ( being a Senior guy with "Silver Sneaker" card through Medicare). Its a family place - first & foremost.

There is noplace to find out what the cost is. Initiation fee is waved but there has to be more. Its almost like they want to keep it a secret until you join then you are stuck. They need more on-line information.

Something for the whole family!! Great workout room, awesome pool, many different classes offered, basketball, locker rooms, day care, and much more available! Very friendly staff.

Its a small YMCA, only has a pool, slide, basketball courts and workout centers. You also have to go down the road to get to the library in order to get to the Y.

Great programs for kids and adults. Nice facilities. Would recommend over other traditional gym memberships. Theres a lot more value for your $ here.

If it wasnt 4 times as expensive as planet fitness, I wouldve stayed. Its always clean, the classes are so fun and the instructors are very helpful.

The new facilities are great, the people are great. I wish they would have better process of posting changes to the lap pool schedule.
