Its not every day that people get pumped to visit their gym, but my husband and I LOVE the staff here. There are days when youre just not feelin it, and they will encourage you and challenge you even if you havent paid for a personal trainer. We havent found a better Anytime Fitness in the States, as we have moved since then and travel frequently. They go above and beyond to try and help you, not just fitness wise, but as a support system in life as well. In the long run, my marriage benefited a lot from going there to escape. I am healthier physically, mentally, and emotionally because I went to Anytime Milford!

A great gym! I go to the gym as a lifter, looking for heavy weights and a way to work out all body parts. Typically, I wouldnt think of an Anytime Fitness as a place where I could fulfill those needs, but here, I was pleasantly surprised. There is a good variety of equipment, and a great selection of dumbbells. Also, they have just finished a great expansion, which gives everyone ample room to work, and a great space for classes, or cross-training. Plus, the staff is fantastic! You will be greeted with a smile by whom ever is working and the trainers are knowledgeable and offer a good variety.

Ive always been overweight so Ive always felt very intimidated going into a gym. A friend of mine works out at Anytime Fitness and suggested I come try it with her. The staff and the owner there are super friendly and the other members are really nice as well. I feel extremely comfortable there because its such a non intimidating atmosphere. Whoever is working, even the owner, are happy to help me whenever I have any questions. Im now losing weight and I couldnt be happier. Definitely glad I joined and would recommend it to anybody!

I am a salesman and travel a lot. I have been working in the area and have been to this location several times. The staff actually greets you with a friendly smile. Most of the Anytime locations do not acknowledge your there. Treadmills are Bright with lights and fans. Only issue i have had is with a few pc of equipment. They cannot seem to handle Heavy lifts. No problem though. I would give it 5 stars if not. GREAT PLACE. BTW you can work out and buy a hand gun next door after. LOL

I love Anytime Fitness of Milford. The owner and staff are so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The classes, training and equipment are top notch; and, most importantly, its non-intimidating. You definitely feel like family here. If you are looking for a great local gym, this is the place!

Two body building bars. Non Olympic. 1 shower No towels. Rower. AF boxes for jumping KB selection and bands are low. Both rigs have PU bars however.
