Worst post office I have ever dealt with. The staff is beyond clueless and unhelpful, with most employees being rude, incompetent, or both. Incredibly difficult to get anyone to answer the phone, much less address or resolve any issues. Nobody seems to know what their own policies are and you will get completely different, conflicting answers depending on who you speak to. Ive had the wrong mail delivered to me a number of times, and when I bring it to their attention, Im met with flippant and dismissive attitudes. Most of the time, when you speak to anyone at the post office about a problem or concern, the answer is always "the person that deals with that isnt in right now", and if a problem requires a follow-up, you rarely receive the promised call back from said person. The supervisors have perpetual attitudes, are unjustifiably confrontational and equally useless, often giving out incorrect information and only willingly to offer any help after complaints are made to the main USPS customer service line. When a package of mine was lost, it took them over three weeks and some serious prodding on my and the district offices part to get them to agree to do what the customer service line said would be the most direct course of action to research the issue. Even when they confirmed that the package was not scanned at my address by the carrier, they still refused to admit to any fault or provide any documentation indicating that the package was not delivered to me. They also took the stance that I was somehow inconveniencing them by trying to locate my package. Even while trying to work with them to research the problem, taking the stance that this sort of thing is bound to happen once in a while, I had to fight them tooth and nail to get anything done about it. Fortunately theyve only ever lost my mail. Although, packages that I send out with tracking regularly are not scanned in at this post office. The tracking will eventually update at the sorting facility but frequently will not indicate it was ever received by this location. The packages have always arrived at their destinations, but its just one more basic task that this post office fails to perform. The work ethic at this post office is among some of the worst that Ive seen anywhere. How most of these employees even have jobs is beyond me. I would seriously suggest that, if at all possible, you avoid dealing with this post office at all costs. Even if that means taking your mail to the next city. Its more than worth the extra bit of gas to avoid having to deal with these clowns. My regular mail carrier is nice, at least, so I guess that might justify the one star review, because outside of that, I think even that is too kind of a score.

The USPS is contracted and paid well to deliver packages from Amazon 7 days a week. After my package was not delivered last night I checked the status on tracking and it said it was not deliverable due to being unable to access the front door. Okay, thats a lie. There is no locked gate and I live in a free standing condo that has the same front door as a house. PLUS, I was home all day and was available to answer my front door. Heres what really happened: It was raining yesterday (no lightening) and this highly paid government employee was too lazy to get out of their truck to deliver my package. So next big issue is it says I have to contact the post office to arrange a pick up. Okay... I call 4 times in a row and it initially goes to VM and then rings and rings and rings and then it hangs up on me. EACH TIME! I have filed a complaint with Amazon, I will file one with the postal service and of course we all know nothing will happen. So I ask this of you postal employees, where is your sense of pride in a job well done or even earning the money that you are paid? WORST. POST. OFFICE. EVER!!!

These people are extremely rude at this location they wouldnt even help my husband who was trying to help me find my package. They first told him they couldnt give the package to him, even though it was a no signature and they never left me a slip or note to give to him to bring up there. Then when he got back in line to ask another question, he asked if they can at least tell him if its there or on the truck to be delivered, they told him that they didnt have the capability to find that out? Ok so your telling me your couldnt walk in the back to check if it was in the building? They claimed they tried to deliver my package to my business and said it was closed when I was there. Plus I didnt receive any notice or slip that they tried to deliver it so obviously they didnt even try. Get a new job if you guys hate yours so much.

They could not be more lazy . I watched two ladys laugh while they didnt answer the phone for 35 mins . I heard the lady talk about how bad her kids were, I heard them talk about smoking weed and I heard them talk about how much they hate there job . While me and 5 or 6 others were in the store. Also told me my cologne was strong ???? To be clear her weave was cheap and you could see the tracks . Also she smelled like $1 sotre perfume . Also the two ladys and the guy could not have been more rude to me I am pretty sure its cause I was white . When I asked about what to do with old stamps I had from the 90s the lady told me " its 2016 Tommy get some new ones " . My name is not Tommy .

They will not answer their phone! Tried SIX TIMES! It will ring a few times and then just goes into a busy signal. GET YOUR PHONES FIXED or assign someone to answer it! As a taxpayer it is insulting that you can not get a simple question answered! I called the Grosse Pointe Post Office on Mack and they picked up the phone the first time and answered my question immediately! With all the NEGATIVE reviews on this office for the same problem... NOT answering the phone... you would think they would fix the issue! This is NO WAY to run a business!

Incredibly Horrible!!! For the last few months, been getting neighbors mail. Talking to carrier is a waste of time. They couldnt care less. Tried to call today 27 times-Ring, no answer, then busy. Neighbors are out redelivering mail to correct addresses. What do we have to do to get this place to perform their job??? A federal job that cant get done. Very sad! I wont stop til this is corrected. They get paid way too much with too many benefits. They apparently cant even read English!! What a shame!

Have had constant problems with receiving my neighbors mail, at least 3-4xs a week. I have had mail missing. I had a package that was supposed to come via USPS mail this Saturday. Paid extra for 2 day shipping. Tracked package and it stated was delivered in my mailbox. It was not. Shocker, it suddenly magically appeared today along with 3 pieces of mail that belonged to a house THE NEXT STREET over. I tried calling the post office and kept getting a busy signal. Very concerning and upsetting.
