Eastpointes finest and rude mail carriers. I live in the 1500 block of my street and I have 2 very INTELLIGENT dogs and my youngest who is less than a year old got out in the front yard. I am sorry she got out she is a curious puppy who was only exploring, she didnt run from her home or chase after you. I know if there is a dog out front you are supposed to hold my mail and write "hold dog out front" however my dog is not stupid! How dare you be so rude as to write stupid dog out front on my mail and offend me as a loving dog owner by calling my dog stupid. Im proud of my dog for not running away because I didnt know she got out until my other dog started barking. She is not stupid and this is highly unprofessional and rude as anyone can possibly be. If you where having a bad day i am truly sorry but that does not excuse this behavior.

I have a commpalnt I got back from school at 2:55 P.M. when I got back to my apartment at 4:04 P.M. my mail box was open and some one elses I live a Metro East Apartment 14416 apt 102 I would like to know how they forgot to put the mail in or who ever is opening them I need to know i am Joshua Gregory Bulger , a lady told me they will do a investigation yesterday

Staff is nice and usually willing to assist. Mail delivery and management is not so good. Management is unconcerned when a problem arises and hides behind passing you off to others. My mail routinely ends up in my neighbors and I get my neighbors mail.
