I took my 2000 Ford Taurus into this shop to figure out what was wrong with the engine. Gary their previous manager, not the Gary that is currently working there now, stated that it would Be a 50 dollar charge. (Please not this was in November of 2009 it is now March of 2010.) After, a month or so he finally gets back with me and states, "sorry but it is no longer going to be a fifty dollar charge it is now going to cost you 300 dollars, however you can pick the car up for 50 dollars." Then I said "You know what see if the owner wants to buy it!" so it is now March 2010 and the owner calls me up and says "sorry but I do not really want the car but ill give you 200 minus the 50 so ill give you 150 for the car! I told Ramello, what Gary had told me and me what the cost was going to be and that I still dont know whats wrong with the car and he said sorry but due to the amount of phone calls and time its been sitting here he can not wave the 50 charge! The charge was intended to be payment to tell me something more then what I knew when I took into the shop! Not to tell me hey the engines messed up! I knew that when I took it there, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and that state of Michigan, I told the owner I was going to file massive amounts of complaints with every agency I could and Romello said, " I dont care I am more worried about getting my 50 dollars." I am sorry but if he is that worried about 50 dollars I wonder if the shop will be around in 5 years or even 6 months. Bottom line, is if they treat a 24 year old male like this, what would they do to your Grandmother? I am a single father and they are attempting to take advantage of me..........BEWARE of this shop!!! better yet STEAR CLEAR!

I was thinking about buying a used vehicle and I brought it to PARC for inspection. Owner Romello Daher inspected it and warned me of the expenses I would incur with the vehicle. I ended up purchasing the car (Eagle Talon) and wanted it restored. I took the vehicle to Peoples Choice and dealt directly with owner Romello Daher. They kept the car for 3 weeks and completely rebuilt the entire vehicle (except for body work), and fix "everything" on the car. It was a complete restoration and it was very successful. AWESOME work. Wonderful, honest, professional mechanics. Highly recommend this place.

Over a three to four year span I spent money on numerous wheels, rotating and balancing the tires, and alignments trying to find why my car had a slight shake. After a while, I gave up looking for the reason and just lived with it. Took it to The Brake Shop to have my brakes checked for an upcoming trip and mentioned the shake. They found that my rear passenger side wheel bearing was loose. Not only did they find it, they showed me the problem as well. The other Big Tire place never found this!! Now, my car rides as smooth as it did when I got it!! You can trust them to do the job right!!!

horrible place!!!!! my husband took my hhr there for new brakes.....after all the extras the scammed cost me $500......three weeks later the front brakes are rubbing and the back brakes are squealing horribly. Took back, said the fixed it.....two weeks later and my brakes are doing the same thing and now my tired locked up to where i cant even drive my car....dont waste your money!!!! it will cost you alot more in the long run, go to someone who knows what they are doing!!!

The people at the brake shop was very caring and professional with me. I left the shop a very satisfied person .They did a great job ,my car driver so smooth.It feel like Im driving a luxury car.He even show my my old parts and explain services he provided. The shop accept cash, credit cards, and has easy pay finance which is very helpful to me since Im a part time worker.

Dont let anyone steer you wrong this place hokked it up. I may have had to buy a new hydroboost, but they made sure my truck was good to go. This place is fair with price and will tell you how it is. Straight to the point.
