Do not come to this place. The low prices means you get terrible customer service. No, not just terrible customer service, Peter was entirely disrespectful. I went in for a regular oil change. Accidentally drove off without paying because it was a long day. It happens, but thats why they have my phone number/address/license plate/everything to safeguard against that. Immediately I get a phone call from Peter and am asked to come back; since I am stressed for time, I offer to give him my credit card number over the phone so that I could save myself and him the travel time. I am met with rudeness and abrasive accusations. I was called a thief! A thief! The nerve. Mind you, I am a 23 year old girl, well dressed, and a science teacher. I am the farthest thing from a thief. Peter raised his voice, called me a thief, said he already has the cops out for my arrest, and he will not accept my credit card over the phone because I could have very well stolen that too. This all happens in a matter of a few seconds after I pick up the phone. I have never experienced someone jump to such conclusions and lash out with such disrespect to a customer in such a short span of time. I decide to drive back to get this handled. When I arrive, Peter continues on with his abrasive attitude. At this point, Im thinking "What the heck, picked up your call, I tried to give you my credit card number, and I even drove back, and you still disrespect me?" I give him a piece of my mind and then try to pay for the oil change, but he goes and doubles the price on me. This is entirely unacceptable. Luckily I only pay for the original price, but I assure you, I am never coming back, even though he tried to bribe me with a free oil change for his unacceptable behavior. Do not go here. Do not give Peter any of your money. He does not deserve it.

The service at this auto shop was amazing!!!!! I am a girl who knows nothing about cars nothing!!!! The manager Josh explained everything I need to know about cars in general but especially my car. He took time out of his day to break down everything that was wrong with my vehicle. He also showed me what parts are what, and how they operate and function. From the engine, breaks, exhaust, seals, steering/suspension, tires, axles,starting, and the radiator. He even showed me how to change my oil for when I go away to school. Now I feel like I know more about my car, and I even feel confident to tell the next mechanic what to check for when I get my next oil change out of state. There was also another mechanic that helped me and he was so kind. He found the problem I came in for and fixed it right away. I left very happy and satisfied. I will defiantly will be coming back before I leave for school in 2 weeks. Thanks again guys!!!!:)

I had called earlier in the week about a pre-purchase car inspection, and was impressed with the phone conversation; it felt more like talking to a friend, than a salesman. After looking over the car at the dealership, I took it over to the shop, and they were able to inspect it right away. Vince took it for a test drive, and put it up on a lift and gave it a look-over. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the inspection, and again, felt like I was talking to a friend, rather than a salesperson. He explained his findings very clearly, and was able to help me negotiate a better price upon returning to the dealer. I spoke with the gentleman at the front desk (I didnt get his name) and was very impressed with how friendly he was as well. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely return in the future if/when my car needs service.

Do not trust this place. I had two oil changes here- one earlier this year and one a few days ago. The first time they said my brakes had 10% life (which we drove all the way to SC from MI and back with and had no problems); the second time they said they had 0% in the back. Honestly I was scared and I took their word for it. I took my car to a family friend who owns his own shop. He changed the brake pads and rotors and showed them to me and said they still had a good year until they needed to be changed. Scams. Thanks a lot for making me waste my college funds because college isnt expensive enough. I do not and would not ever recommend anyone to go here. Ill be changing my oil at the dealers from now on. Heres a heads up- this place only has 4.5 stars because theyll give you a "free" oil change if you leave a good review.

I came in with a coupon for an oil change that was for selected stores only unbeknownst to me. Peter honored it anyway. I was blown away by the courtesy I was treated with. Every technician ( Sam and J.T.) came up to me and shook my hand and introduced himself. They offered me a bottled water,they have a nice HD flat screen in the waiting area, and they offered me the remote. Nothing fancy, basic channels but a nice way to pass the time. Peter later went over some safety concerns he had with my car and asked if I wanted estimates or just to be aware of the problems. No pressure to repair these items like a lot of other places! They use top of the line parts from Federal Mogul. They offer towing if stranded in the area. I highly recommend this Speedy franchise store. They go up and beyond cutomer expectations.

I have now dealt with Pete and the guys on a couple different occasions and I cannot be more impressed with their service. Pete is an extremely nice and understanding guy whom truly cares about his work, his guys work and his customers. I recommend them to anyone from small things to large. Their not only nice and efficient but their work is all done in a timely manor. Thank you to Pete for all that hes helped with! I had to come back on my review to update it now that Pete has left and Jason has taken over the management position. I am still very happy to recommend anyone here for any services. Jason is very kind, professional and is great with all his customers that Ive seen him interact with. These guys still maintain their honesty and their good quality of work so I will not take my car anywhere else!

Ill give them the benefit of the doubt and give this place 2 stars as I think they were just having a really, really bad day. But my experience today tells me this may be more common than not. I tried this place out for the first time. Price is reasonable. I arrived for an oil change at my appointment time. I was quoted a waiting time of well under an hour. It took well over an hour and a half and I missed a work meeting. The manager was in a verbal argument in front of me and the other customers with his supplier the entire hour and a half. By the time I left my nerves were shot. That place is anxiety producing. Now I have to log out 2 hours of unpaid lunch at work and I have to explain to my boss while I was gone so long. Not a good day for them and conversely me.
