My experience with Dix Auto Clinic was horrible and dangerous! My truck had been shutting off while driving.The owner immediately said it was an electrical problem without putting it through any test. He gave me a $650 quote without any room for bargaining along with a 6 month warranty. After a month the same problem occurred. Now keep in mind I barely drive my truck. On Christmas Day I entered the freeway and my truck shut down yet again. I called him to honor my warranty, he sent a tow truck. After keeping it for yet another week, he called stating it was a different problem that wasnt covered by the warranty and proceeded to quote me for an additional $200 which would cover 2 hours of labor at $75 per hour and $50 for the tow. After a heated conversation he agreed to honor the warranty but I had to pay him for the tow. He kept my truck for an additional 2 weeks to "fix the problem". My husband picked up my truck when he returned with it he stated the breaks were bad. Now how did that happen? They were just fine when he received the truck. My husband looked at it and noticed it was out of break fluid

I took my daughters 2008 Pontiac there to get a straight pipe that 2 other mechanics said was needed for her car & that the slack in speed would be resolved which was a pack of lies. I dealt with Sam & he whole-heartly told me everything that was wrong with it & it was a dàngerous accident waiting to happen. He fixed the vital things like the right arm control the tire rod & couple more things & blessed us by doing a wheel alignment . I can say he was the most helpful & honest mechanic Ive dealt with, because so many give others a bad rep. with all that false diagnostic & high pricing . We all know it costs $ to have cars repaired , but we just wanna be dealt with fairly & honestly. I received that ay Dix Auto Clinic my daughter car is driving great.. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!!!!!

I had real bad front end issues on my 2006 Chrysler 300 they fix my car and it drives like a new car thanks to Sam i been going to them for almost 2 years no one else dont even touch my vehicle but this shop,an there honest mechanics i stay in Westland , mi come all the way in Melvindale mi for repair.

People these guys are awesome they do super clean work and respect you they have experience in auto mechanic I have BMW I took it to a lot of mechanics they never know the problem when I took it to dix they start it up for me after my car was sitting for 5 months thanks a lot dix auto
