Theres no service in here. The staff doesnt say hello when you walk in, or ask if you need anything. I stood at the salon counter for over 15 minutes and the girls in the back were just chatting away. No customers. They saw me, but didnt bother to even say that they would be a minute. I go in here like once a year because the products are all amazing...its just too bad that I can never get the full service when and if I do ever need it. I really wish I had better things to say about this place. Sorry!

When my personal wedding hair dresser bailed on me a week before the wedding, I had a slight heart attack. I wish I would have just scheduled at Ulta in Traverse City from the beginning. Leeta is absolutely amazing as was the rest of the staff we worked with. I couldnt have asked for better ladies to work with!!!

Excellent servic at The Salon! What a great place! I got highlights and a color gloss from Leeta Clark, the Salon Manager. She gave me a beautiful, natural blonde that is so shiny! Thank you, Leeta!

I enjoy visiting ulta! The employees are always so helpful and patient. One employee, Emily, was very polite and really made sure I bought what i wanted. I will definitely be visiting ulta more often.
