As I was waiting in line, I watched the employee take a big scoop of chicken (which was mounded up in the container), and so a good deal of chicken spilled over into the pinto and black beans. Im a vegetarian, and so I asked her what I could eat. Its not only a moral imperative, but after so long without any, meat would make me violently ill. In a rude tone of voice, she said nothing can be guaranteed vegetarian because they serve meat in the restaurant. Funny, because I NEVER have a problem getting vegetarian food at taco bell, del taco, or Chipotle. I dont appreciate the attitude, and minimal changes in the layout of the food bins could fix this problem.

The worst customer service ever. I order the same thing every visit... I was informed NO, I cant and will not make the tacos the way I requested. When I received my tacos they had steak not chicken... Not really paying attention because I had several orders. I ate one and I pray I do not get sick because I have not eaten beef in years... TM2210 has the worst customer service ever. She had an attitude the whole time making my food. Sorry Qdoba you have lost a good customer and I do plan on telling others.

QDOBA is a chain like Chipotle and I have to admit I prefer QDOBA over the other. The soup they have is really good, especially now that its getting cold and their new rewards program has me repeating visits more than I should. I noticed that the pair two option seems to have disappeared from their menu recently (or could have been gone for awhile)...I used to like getting the queso and chips alongside a small burrito bowl. Im crossing my fingers that theyll bring it back as an option soon!

I always love how friendly the staff is at this location. Tonight we came in and the staff even told us how we could save money for the things we wanted. I do that for people in my line of work and I love when others help me save money as well! Thanks for making us feel so comfortable! We live closer to the Gratiot location but will continue to drive a bit further for great customer service.

Ive have had absolutely fantastic service here before. However on my most recent the trip, they sort of just threw my burrito together, skimped on the fixins, and I had to clarify how much salsa to add multiple times (three scoops doesnt mean 3 half scoops). Perhaps a little bit hit or miss, but mostly hit. Expect to be pleased, point out what your actually looking for if they dont deliver.

Bad customer service and being skimpy with portion of meat will get you a 1 star everytime. These Qdobas are hit or miss in many different locations. They dont know how to wrap a burrito and they folded it WAY to fat in an odd shape like a softball that my daughter could hardly bite into it. PATHETIC! Another location checked off my list to NOT stop in to eat.

Rude is an understatement. Im embarrassed for the help. Obviously the owner running at loss as we felt nearly tossed out of the place. Walked across the parking lot to chilis with the family laughing at the jerk staff. We asked simple question and well he went off. Waited to see if this will be on a punked type show. Seriously

OK so I like qdoda especially the loaded tortilla soup..But lately this location in Westland has been sloppy with making the food one employee on a visit seemed like she didnt want to be there..And another visit he was just throwing the food together so my salad was rather messy...Like the food just need better service

Very nice food, similar to Chipotle. Food is fairly pricey for what you get. Meals are small but enough to satisfy you if you arent starving, average cost is around $10. The food seems healthy and fresh, however if youre looking for a big meal Id go elsewhere unless youre willing to spend more.

Extremely disappointed in todays experience... began with a rude employee and ended with being served charred meat, clearly expired (brown) guacamole, and tea with the aroma of a port-a-potty. We have been coming to doba for years and never had an experience paralleling this one.

Food was ok, I wasnt too impressed with the service. The person who took my order was somewhat short with me almost like he wasnt happy to be there. Also I really didnt get alot of meat in this huge buritto. Next time I will just stick with the chips.

Great Ameri-Mexican food. Staff are always friendly and food is appropriate for the style of restaurant . Though a word of caution that you are likely to consume a lot of calories here so maybe split that meal or only eat half.

I come here usually after seeing a movie at mjr. The staff are always fantastic and patient if Im not sure what to get. They answer any questions I have and are very helpful. Great food. Clean eating areas and nice bathrooms.

Awesome everything. I lived in the area before this Qdoba opened and I have no proof, but I think it tripled the value of my home. Wish I could eat there everyday. Always clean. Staff is always friendly.

Friendly staff and delicious food as always, a combo that you cant really beat. The food is a bit more expensive when compared to Chipotle and looking at how much you get, but its worth the cost.

One of the popular Mexican fast-food joints for burrito, tacos and taco salads. Lots of options for mix and match. Vegetarian options are also available. Taco bowl salad is a must try.

Online orders usually take an hour but when you go in they restaurant is empty. Chipotle online ordering may take an hour BUT its understandable since theyre super busy.

I really like Qdoba compared to Chipotle. This location is always clean and service is fast. The taco combos are tasty and the chips are usually hot. Good salsas too.

Its Qdoba, what more can one say. Its a corporate menu. Overall, the restaurant is clean and the food quality is consistent.
