Ive been cutting my own hair for several years now after generally being disappointed with most salons (results, price, atmosphere) but my hair was definitely looking like it was time for a cut from someone who knows what theyre doing. My appointment with Jennie was awesome! She asked what I thought before doing anything which was great (Ive had a lot of stylists just do what they want) and she magically brought my hair back to life with just a trim and some hilights, it feels amazing! The salon itself had a nice atmosphere too, it didnt smell like ridiculous amounts of spray/product and everyone was super friendly. Highly recommend!

Jennie and Veronica are the most amazing team I have ever met. Honestly I have been to a lot of salons in the past and my experience here at refresh has been the best. Jennie has taken my Ronald McDonald red mismanaged hair and transformed it into a beautiful healthy natural color. I highly recommend refresh hair salon and will never go to another place. Jennie is fabulous and has a very good eye for what looks good and keeps on top of all the new trends. Not only do they specialize in hair care but makeup and updos. Thank you both for helping me and finding the cut, style and color I needed to feel alive again!!

I went to get my hair done by an apprentice (keeping in mind something may go wrong) Veronica monitored closely as she was dying my hair so I felt much more comfortable. Until it was blow dried. It looked awful all 3 times they did it and tried to fix it. I was there at 3:30 and left by 10:30 at night. It was an awful experience and my hair was completely fried and is extremely dry and wrecked. Not to mention after they "fixed" it to something I was comfortable with, Veronica kept pushing me to make a follow up appointment. Never going back.

Very clean and professional salon. Just recently got some upgrades too - new chairs and decor, etc. Veronica knows a lot about the Redken products she uses on me. She was instructing another stylist the other day and I could tell by what she was saying that she definitely knew all the science behind everything that was being put on my hair. I am very fussy and specific about my cut and color and Veronica does not disappoint. The apprentice (Jennie) who did my hair and make up once did a phenomenal job as well. Wont go anywhere else.

I have been getting my hair done by Veronica for years and I have always trusted her and only her. When she was cutting back due to her arm hurting I did not hesitate to switch over to Jennie. I had been watching her grow and learn as an apprentice for quite some time and knew I was in good hands. She did my highlights perfectly!! Also, I am always worried to let someone new blow dry may hair, and I have to say, she did such an amazing job, I didnt even re-do it myself when I went home!!
