WORST EVER I HAVE BEEN TO!!!... I went there just to inquire if they do eyebrows and waxing!! The staff there was pleasant and said she has a staff who does that!!! I wish i should have never taken that chance... They gave me a very asymmetrical eyebrow, and waxed my chin and said thatz it! when i looked at the mirror, i was still as "hairy" as i walked in!!! when i told her to wax the rest of my face, she said "i cant see any thing and u look good!!" (even with my asymmetrical eyebrow)!!! I see 5 stars given by all the reviewers n i am surprised!! i was charged more than my regular salon for this worst job!! i swear to almighty... i will never change the salon anymore!!! HATE IT HATE IT HATE IT!!! I will add this review on all sites i get to review this store as i am freaking UPSET!!!!

New Concepts is just great! What a hidden gem. Colleen is an excellent colorist and the price is reasonable for a college girl like myself. I found the entire staff to be friendly. These people Know what they are doing. Ill be back.
