Ive been with EZ Storage for a couple of years. The quality of service has went down heavily. We originally started using the unit after my father in law recommended it. One day my father in law decided to take it upon himself to do us a "favor" and upgrade us to a larger unit before discussing it with us. The man working there, Dave, had no problem allowing my father in law to make changes to our account without my husband present. Despite being the person who always goes in and pays on this account, Dave would not help me reset our gate access code when we forgot it and would only work with my husband (which I found ironic given the access he has given my father in law). The cost of the units goes up every couple of months to the point that we are paying about 50% more than when we originally leased the unit. The fact that we have never missed a payment or been late on anything means nothing. The "climate-controlled" in doors storage units have a rat infestation which is easily noticeable by all the rat traps throughout the complex. Most of my problem comes with Dave, but at this point I just want to remove my stuff and be done with this unit.

Im storing my stuff because of difficult circumstances in my life. David, the manager, has been kind and helpful. He hasnt bent any rules for me, but he treats me as a human and recognizes my difficult situation. The other people in the organization are typical collections barfheads, but David has helped me work through hard times and I will always encourage you to store at the Wayne location.

This location of EZ Storage has made my moving transition pretty EZ. Ive gotten the wrong size storage unit four separate times, however Dave just smiled each time and let me upgrade each time till the right size unit was finally settled upon. When I losted my job, Dave allowed me to make payments till I was caught up, always giving me a smile every week I came in to pay something on it.

Staff is helpful they will do anything they can to make your visit great, grounds are clean storage units are very secure. We have been using them for about 2 years.
