On my way home from work the other day I realized there was an odd noise coming from what seemed to be my tire. I pulled over and realized I had an extremely flat tire. lucky Valley Auto Care was hardly a block away. I walked over there and explained what was going on to the lady behind the counter, She was very nice about it and went back to talk to Scott. When I told him what was happening he said alright give me a min, Ill send one of the guys over there with an air tank to see if we can fill it at all. They even went so far as driving me over there! When the friendly young man realized the tire wouldnt be able to be filled he offered to drive my car over there and I could take the van. We got back and they got my car in right away and got me all set up with a very nice used tire. I later found out they dont even usually take walk in service calls, they just didnt want me to be stranded. On top of that Scott even waived the service call fee. It is nice to see an honest family owned company like this, its a rare trait to find these days. I very much enjoyed the time I spent with them and I would and already have recommend them to anyone needing auto work done. Again Thank you Valley Auto Care you saved the day!

Im a small town girl, with not a lot of experience living in the cities. I just figured everyone here was rude and not interested in helping other people. I was wrong. Valley Auto Care has not only helped me out, but they have went above and beyond to make sure Ive been taken care of. On one of the hottest days (if I recall) in 2013, my brake lines broke and it just happened to be right by the shop. I pulled in not knowing what to expect and Scott and his crew have been my lifesavers ever since. Now on the coldest day of 2014 (so far, brr) - my car broke down for a second time in the last six months and just so happened to be close to the shop again. Kevin at VAC just happened to see that I was broken down at Super America and helped me get home safely. I couldnt thank him enough, honestly. He was a tremendous help to me, and Im so thankful that he was there when I was in a tough situation. Keep up the amazing work, Ill keep coming back as long as I live in the area. I couldnt say enough kind things about these guys. They are honest, hard-working and will not take advantage of you. If I could, Id only take my car to them forever.

Found out about this place thru an oil change special they were running. Gave them a shot when it came time for a repair. Scott, the owner, had the issue diagnosed quickly and made the fixes in the same day. Not being mechanically inclined, I was at their mercy and was expecting a hefty bill. However, I was thrilled to find out I was only having a brake issue with very reasonable rates, less than what I would have paid at a dealer. I appreciated that Scott took me out to the gaage and showed me the suspect parts, going as far as helping me differentiate a brokenworn part from a new part. This gesture goes a long way in building trust with a customer. They have since provided additional quotes for other family members which have beat dealer quotes by 15% to 20% Give this place a try, I doubt you would be disappointed. Scott and his team are skilled technicians that provide honest and reasonable rates. I will continue coming here for my automotive serving.

Ive been going to this shop for 7 years now and have never had a bad expreience. The staff is knowledgeable and they have very competative pricing. The nice thing is that when you bring your car in for one issue they dont turn around and tell you that you need 5 other things done, like most shops. If they do notice something they will inform you and recommend that you get it taken care of but wont force you to. Its a refreshing feeling to know that you can trust a mechanic, something a lot us cant say, at least with a straight face. So the bottom line is if you need a quality mechanic and great price I would strongly reccomend this shop to you.

Very professional operation. They do the work that they are asked to do and give fair estimates for that said work. If there are addition concerns they will consult with you and give you a fair estimate of what it will cost to repair the problem. I drive from the east side of the cities down to Apple Valley to have Valley Auto Care work on my vehicle even though there are numerous other shops that could do said work. What I like is that when I bring my vehicle to this operation is I am not going to be over charged when they work on my vehicle. Thank you Valley Auto Care.

Used to take my truck to Belzer Chevy and car to Walser Nissan but when I kept getting shocked by the expensive repair bills and unecessary repairs I decided to call around. Valley Auto Cares prices were the most competitive and I get a really good vibe from the owners and their family run shop. Always very helpful and dont try to oversell you. They just keep your car running the way it should and keep you informed. After a lot of searching I have found my place and couldnt be happier. Would recommend them to anyone as a primary full service auto repair shop.

Great service and great staff. Ive had the opportunity to take both of our vehicles there for regular oil change, routine maintenance, & oil leaks, radiator replacement, axle, brakes etc... I can honestly say that that they will give you an honest opinion on what is worth repairing and what (which is what i needed to know for my beater) and competitive pricing. Service turnaround is quick is staff is friendly and honest. I will highly recommend it to anyone. ps: both of our vehicles are Japanese made.

The first time I came there my car had stopped running in the middle of a nearby intersection and I got it to them. They spent a lot of time fixing a loose battery connection and didnt charge me. The second time I went there was for a second opinion. Scott, the owner, sat down with me and talked about exactly what needed to be done and what could wait. He was very clear in his descriptions and very honest! They even gave me a ride home after I dropped my car off. Highly recommend Valley Auto!

The Apple Valley shop is second to none. I have had to take my car other places when broken down over the weekend - Valley Auto is only open during the week - and Ive regretted it each time. I usually end up taking to Valley Auto anyway and they get my car up and running for much less than quoted by the other shops. They are friendly, honest, and willing to work through the situation with you to find an affordable solution.
