Worst place ever to bring your car! Not only did they NOT fix or even look at our car ( we were told would be looked at the very next day, than the boss said he would look at it the day after that! never did ) they BROKE our door handle and did not even offer to fix or repair it! The guy just looked at us puzzled and kept saying " umm" could not say how it was broken or anything! First time we stopped in some person in back was drinking beer, next day a different person was drinking. Real appropriate to be drinking during business hours. We took our car somewhere else and we are never going back. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!

AWESOME service with better then fair pricing!!! If you want a suit & tie to greet you go to your dealership and pay 4 times the price. These guys picked me up at my home in Elko which sealed the deal for a repeat business. I have brought 2 different vehicles there and both repairs came in well below what I thought it was going to cost. Thank you see you soon!

Its a new shop, and I have had two great experiences there already. I have an older car which needs a lot of repair at the moment, and they worked with me to come up with a good strategy that fits within my budget. Great guys, knowledgeable, and above all HONEST. They will not try to sell you something you dont need. Thanks guys!

New father and son owners as of October 2015. Josh is the son and runs the place. I took my vehicle here recently and he went above and beyond to fix my vehicle at a very fair price. If you are looking for an auto shop that is honest, fair and is very thorough in explaining your vehicle needs, I would highly recommend Parks Auto.

Awesome place!!!! Great work for a fair price.... Its so hard to find a mechanic that is honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy and willing to explain what needs to be done and what can wait until later .... It was well worth the drive just to save the extra money... I have found my mechanic and will never go anywhere else.....

Dont be scared by the outside of the place. Have been using Ted for Years. Have took my car in the past with thinking something was wrong, Ted gave it a look over and said it was fine. Doing the timing belt on my car right now and his price was the lowest by far when I called around for quotes. - Nicholas Sovell

I have had several experiences with Josh and his business and every time he has outperformed and helped do repairs on my wifes vehicle, on my vehicle. He was great to work with. I was so pleased that I referred some friends. If you need auto repairs or regular maintenance hes the man. Will be a regular customer.

What a useless guy. Unless he sees the "Benjamins" flying in front of him, he is not even interested in talking to you. Hopefully someone else with a little different attitude sets up shop in town for those who cant go else where, for the others, my advice is to run as far as you can.

Ted and Shannon run a very reputable repair shop. He always tells me up front what the costs will be. And he works with me if I cant afford all of the repairs at once. I like having my own mechanic, Teds my first choice for auto repair and maintenance.
