Honest and fair people. Recently, my cars steering wheel started shaking at about 60 mph. I brought it in and they thought my tires needed rebalancing. After rebalancing and rotating the tires, they test drove it on the highway and found the same problem. Trying the whole process again they asked me to drive it on the freeway to get my opinion. The problem was still there. I asked them how much I owed them for their time and labor and they said absolutely nothing. I was truly amazed because they were more interested in helping me figure out what the issue was than getting my money. They even suggested I go to another place to make sure that rebalancing wasnt an issue. It turns out I need to replace the timing belt on my car and these guys will definitely get my business in the near future.

I asked if they could take a look at my cadillac, because they are just down the street and it wasnt going to make a farther drive than to them. When i got there first he said he couldnt work on it until next week, and then when i said that was fine, he told me that cadillacs are too much work and he doesnt want to waste time he could have spent on other cars. So, no help from them, not even a look to help determine whats wrong. I went in based on glowing reviews, and i will never go back, obviously, they wouldnt even help me anyway.

These guys are the best. Weve brought all our cars to them for 10+ years now. They are honest, helpful and know everything about our cars - and if they dont, theres no BS. I depend on them completely to take good care of our cars. Were finally getting rid of a 2001 Chrysler T&C with more than 200,000 miles on it - and there is NO WAY that car would have gone this long without them!

Brought my truck in to get serviced. When I brought a problem to their attention, both owners were very defensive and rude. The conversation was ended by them saying " Im Very Busy, Bye....." From my prospective they dont have any respect for their customers.

Love, love, love these guys. I have been going to them since I was a poor college student. They took good care of me then and still do. Honest and reasonable.
