I took my 99 Toyota Corolla in for its annual inspection. I was told it needed an inner right ty-rod. I found this to be somewhat interesting as I had not experienced even a hint of trouble. Example... at 70 mph going down the road I did not have a shimmy, a vibration, or any shifty movement. All my tires are wearing fine- no uneven wear. It is not out of alignment- goes as straight an arrow. So, I questioned the need for a repair. They raised it up above my head and shook the wheel and said it was loose. I said, "well yes it is shaking and i bet the steering wheel is moving back and forth up there in the cab..." They replied nothing accept, "it needs replaced..." So, they quote me a bid for a $148 part and $118 labor. I go to OReilly and buy the part for $28. I take it back and they tell me they will not put it on because it is not their part. I am just not liking this in any way- smelled like a RAT all the way around. The tech and desk man tell me that if I can go have the MO Highway Patrol to inspect it and say it is ok, they will pass it. Well I just took them at their advice and went right down to the Highway Patrol, scheduled an appointment, and ask them to take a look. They did, and looked at me and shrugged and said, "There is nothing wrong with this!!!" I went back and got my inspection sticker. Beware.

Last week, my daughter had a flat tire near Seeburg Muffler. We had a number of difficulties, because the company from which she bought the car had failed to include a jack, and had included a tire iron that didnt fit the lugnuts. Mark, from Seeburg went above and beyond to help some fellow humans in need. (Namely us). He couldnt loan us tools, due to company policy (understandable) but he walked over with the right tool, helped us get the wheel off, and checked the wheel to see if it could be patched. It couldnt, but thats not the point. We need more people in the world that are willing to help when others are having a bad day. Mark took a situation that was turning into a complete disaster and turned it around for a couple of complete strangers (us), with no expectation of receiving anything in return, and without any expectation to help. While I havent had any experience as a customer at Seeburg, I know that there are good people there. And good people are hard to find. Thank you once again, Mark. Its rare to find shining examples of humanity these days.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My car had a SLIGHT leak in power steering (needed about half a cup per WEEK), and I also filled up the fluid before I left to get my car inspected there. Not only did they want to charge me a crazy price to get it fixed, but they also disconnected the hose to the power steering. Remember how I only needed to fill it up once a week? It is now POURING out. They also LIED directly to me and told me it was empty when they looked at it... and as I said I filled it up just before I left to go there. Also, when they took me back to look at my car they showed me a pool of power steering fluid where it has supposedly leaked from my car. The only problem with that is the pool was under the LEFT side of my car about a third of the way from the front of my car... and the actual leak is on the RIGHT side of my car, at the FRONT. How can it pool in a different place then where the leak is at?? My car literally cannot be driven now because of them. I was driving it around JUST FINE for months before they got their hands on it.

Trustworthy and dependable. Took my truck in to get engine light problem looked at. They charged nothing to check that I had fixed the problem and reset the engine light for me. Today I had brake rotors and pads installed for just over $650. They brought the old rotors out to show me how bad they were. Continuing their honesty they explained that my front brakes could go a while longer and gave me the option to just change the rear brakes. All in all they are honest and patient. Mark, one of the mechanics, answered each and every one of my questions. Also lifetime warranty on brakes. You bring your vehicle back and theyll change them for only the cost of labor including basic wear and tear. I cannot emphasize enough how pleased I am with their services.

I called to get an over the phone quote on a new resonator. The desk lady said that would be no problem and to transfer me to someone else to give me the price. The moment I get the on the phone this guy starts going off on how I have to come in so he can look at it. And wont let me speak at all, being very rude and then just goes mmmmhmmm when i tell him he is making it too complicated. He wouldnt even quote me on a straight 2 1/4" resonator for the resonator itself not even installed. He refused so i told him it was too complicated. That is when he mouthed off. So I hung up... Very professionall.. WILL NOT be taking my car here or referring anyone here EVER

Very poor experience. They performed a simple brake job in through my wheels out of alignment. Even after admitting the car drove poorly after the work, they stated because they didnt have the proper equipment for my size tires that I was out of luck and they insisted that they could not help and would not do anything to assist me. I had to take my car to another tire shop to have my wheels balanced. Absolutely inexcusable experience I would not recommend these people to anyone .

Went to the store to get my tire looked at after having issues with it holding air for a while. Justin was great and took care of the issue quickly. Mark was AWESOME as well at the Front desk. His middle name should definitely be awesome!! With every customer that came in he was friendly and knowledgeable! Great team that provides great service and customer service at great prices. Will definitely be back for all services I need and when we get the 2nd car.

We have been customers of Seeburg for 3 years. They are the most professional, family-oriented business. The services are done the right way, and quickly. We have never had any problems with Seeburg. Don and Gene have always worked on our cars, and will help you out in any way they can. We have recently moved out of state, and miss their services greatly. My 98 Saturn needed exhaust work after a pipe broke. They took a look at it, showed me the problem, and gave me multiple options to fix the problem. I chose the cheapest option as my car is older. They finished the job quickly and got me back on the road. My car is so quiet now! My sense is that their team is pretty honest and that they do great exhaust work. I may take my car back in for other service, too. Thanks guys!
