I first brought our Silverado to Kennedy this past fall to have the transmission serviced. We had our Silverado about 7 months and with 85,000 on it, my son and I felt it best to service the transmission so that we knew fluids were clean and ready for winter. The Silverado came with a snow plow and our son enjoys plowing snow. We found everyone to Kennedy to be friendly and easy to work with. We dealt with Mark the most. The vehicle was checked over and he gave us his recommendations on the fluids to change and the ones to wait and watch. We felt no pressure to complete any service. We did change the transmission fluids. Kennedy has earned our trust and we are repeat customers.

Wow!! I had received a birthday coupon in the mail for an oil change from Kennedy Transmission, and I had a WONDERFUL experience. All of the workers were so helpful.. I had asked them about tire rotations and changing the fluids and they did it all without charging me a penny. Definitely will start going to this place to get my oil changed ☺️

Dave, Carl and the crew are awesome here! Ive been taking my vehicles here for years and they do a good job. Never once I had to return the vehicle for the same problem twice. I had a problem with a different shop early on Monday morning and left that shop really angry. I called Kennedy, they set me up with an appointment and had my car by 2 pm that same day. The staff was welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. They made bringing my car to the shop not seem like a chore. Thank you!

This was the third vehicle weve had serviced at Kennedy. People here are courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They explain your vehicle problems in common sense everyday language. Their prices are fair, the service great. We plan to make this our only auto service place.
