This establishment locked my keys in my car with my cell phone inside the vehicle. The General Manager comes right into the conversation saying hes no liable due to he checked if it would lock several times. He calls a locksmith to come and open my car and says Id have to pay. I went there at 3:00pm and had a appointment for 3:30pm and well I didnt leave till 5:45pm. They asked the locksmith for a copy of my receipt. Like what the heck. Im pissed they didnt even finish what I paid them for. Once the locksmith got my car open they said I was good. I will never go there again after spending almost three hours, missed appointment and a hundred and twenty dollars for a run through a wash.

I never gave a bad review to a car wash, because they all do a pretty good job if they dont they always get it right, but this one had gotten me really mad, because I ask for a full service wash and that includes cleaning outside, inside and the compartments but they did not. they said it was against there policy, when I got in side the car there was still coffee stains and crackers all over the place they did not even clean the dust off. plus I spent 20 bucks plus tip thats outrageous. if I wanted to mess up my car i would ask my kids to do that. Avoid at any cost it is the crummist place i have ever been to. dont spend a dime, if you dont want to get ripped off.

I waited in line for about 5 minutes, once it was my turn for the car wash I got out of the car so the attendant could vacuum out my car, the attendant asked me if I knew the code to the door entry door. I did not, he informed me that they could not wash my car just in case if the keys got locked in my car they would have to call a lock smith. I left and would never go back again. You would think that management could somehow overcome this problem rather than not servicing a potential customer. Growing up in the Robbinsdale/Brooklyn center area this was the go to spot for car washes, not anymore, I am taking my business elsewhere.

I might as well just have thrown $20.00 in the trash. So disappointing. I was going to impress my husband with the car super clean and I will just have to go home and do the job. Paid for the Ultimate Wash especially for the tire shine. Tires look horrible. I am sad because I was so excited how close it was to work and thought what a great place to have near me. My fault for not reading the reviews beforehand..

My vehicle was not vacuumed throughly, my dash was not wiped down, the back end of my Saturn Vue was not cleaned at all. I called them right away and they said their machines cant get between the seats and they dont move them because they dont know what they will find under them. Thats it for me, I will find another car wash.

ok service, they seem to really hurry you out the door. The drivers side of my car always seems clean, but the passenger side always gets a very quick once ocer? Im thinking they focus on the drivers side because you see that when you get in, once you get home and look at the passenger side it is not as clean?

Worst ever. Broke my mirror off my van. Manager said the employee made him aware of it. They did not notify me of this as soon as I left the mirror falls off. I return unwilling to give me the employees name insurance information and tells me the policy is enter at your own risk.

They dont clean your car ! And when I told the Manager ! he told me he do not wipe down the inside Ashtrays or vacuum ! He had the outside looking good but the inside Interior look like a kid did it ! Real talk ! I well never come back there! Ill rather have a dirty car!

Horrible car wash. Went there for the first time they vacuumed my car but didnt wipe anything down guess thats why I was the only customer. There prices are cheap but the kinda work they did explains why

Never go here again after the wash windows were still dirty they recleaned them still not clean towels were greesy have to stick to downtowner carwash heading there now for them to wash my truck right

Absolute trash and very expensive. Do yourself a favor and skip. I had to clean the interior myself, they didnt even do the bare minimum. If I could give them negative stars I would.

Especially asked for cleaning on all interior windows and to have the trunk vacuumed. Trunk wasnt vacuumed and the windows are still cloudy this morning. Bad service. Dont bother.

Horrible service they scratched my car i talked to the manager and hes was very rude and denied that his people scratched my car. When you go to this car was check your cars!!

Awful experience. Left a few dirty spots which I pointed out and the cleaner acted like he didnt care. Didnt clean rims, grill, or the interior. Will never go here again.
