I am a regular customer for the past 2 years--until today. I left from getting a pedicure and fill with my sister. They asked if I wanted to try their "new" pedicure where they just add an oil. My sister and I both picked an oil. Like any normal person I thought this would run only a few dollars extra. But it was an EXTRA $20. A regular spa pedicure is $25 and they charged us $45 a piece for them to just add oil. I was soooo shocked I asked her to break down what were the specific differences. She said the oil (lavender) mixed with lotion (seriously) and them putting a hot towel on our legs. I am so disgusted by this experience I will not come back. I am mad because I really liked them but to not inform your customers of a $20 extra service is bad business and very misleading when you make it sound like its just an "add on."

On visits when I have time to spare, I opt for the herbal spa. I love the herbal oil and scrub they use and they give the best massages. I absolutely love this place! They do a great job, take their time on your nails, yet work efficiently. The prices arent too high and I believe I get what I pay for each time! My favorite is the gel manicure because when I get it done here it actually does last for about three full weeks making my life much simpler!! I always leave feeling pampered and like a whole new woman. This is the best, most affordable nail salon Ive been to in the area for sure. And they even take American Express, so no need to stress about having cash on hand.

Had a pedicure done here today, and it was not a very good experience. The lady completely rushed through it. She watched the TV as she barely massaged my feet with one hand, scrubbed my feet for all of 10 seconds, clipped the nails unevenly, and didnt smooth them out. Instead of doing the nail polish correctly, she slathered it on messy, and then went in with remover to try to clean it up (badly), leaving a ton of nail polish on the skin in some places, and then taking the polish off the nails in others. It looks really rough, and not professional at all, which is required for me to wear any open toe shoes at my job. Not happy at all.

I had my gel manicure and pedicure at this shop today for the first time today. When I first went in the the shop, the guy greet meet nicely and the place was clean and nice. I told them I need a gel manicure and pedicure, they took me in right away and started giving colors to pick out. I had my pedicure done first and had a great conversation with this young lady. Shes well educated. The results of my pedicure was very satisfying. After she finished my pedicure, I had my gel manicure and over all, it turned out great. I will definitely come here again!!!

Been going there for over a year and have never had anything other than stellar service. The pedicures are great! Also if you do gel nails I adore the glitter tips - they let me be different than the old standard pink and whites. Gotta love pink sparkles!

Great Pedi and best massage chairs. Clean inviting salon with endless color selection. In and out in 30 minutes! I came here because they open earlier than most (9:30) would have given 5 stars if they opened on time. Overall, will return again!

I went and had a man do my manicure. He messed it up and i kept trying to tell him to fix it. He just put more nail polish on. It was the worst manicure ive had. Will not go back.

I did a walk in pedicure done today. My feet feel great and the foot massage was amazing! I would have paid $35 for that alone! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you!

The lady that did my nails was not very friendly. The pedicure was subpar . The atmosphere was lacking and the people were unprofessional.
