I finally found "my" salon! Phresh Spa Salon is conveniently located in the gorgeous Shops at West End, with more than enough parking for everyone. Its an easy 8min drive from Downtown Minneapolis, where I work. I was referred to Phresh by a friend (and hair idol), and was able to get an appointment with Jackie for the very next week. My stylist, Jackie (Level 3), treated me like Phresh royalty. She was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job at transforming my boring long bob into a fresh, feminine pixie cut. Upon arrival, I was given cucumber lemon infused water (yum) and a cheerful greeting from both the receptionist and my stylist, Jackie. I sat down and explained to Jackie that I wanted to take the plunge and get my first pixie cut. Rather than being hesitant (like previous stylists at other salons), she smiled and enthusiastically suggested a few different style ideas. As she cut and styled my hair, she walked me through the different techniques Id need to use to style my new do. I also asked her about styling products and she recommended a few different options, depending on the texture I was going for. She didnt force any products on me, but instead gave me genuine, personal advice, with no "salesy" undertone. I had a $30 credit since I had given referral cards to two of my girlfriends (who also LOVED this salon & plan to return), so I used that money to buy some goodies. I purchased a small round brush ($16) and the R+Co Aircraft Pomade Mousse (5.6oz for $29). This was my second time at Phresh with Jackie, and Ill definitely be back to see her again. Ive already scheduled my next appointment for this Fall. I highly recommend Phresh Spa Salon to anyone and everyone living or visiting the Twin Cities area. You wont regret it!

I absolutely LOVE this place! I was depressed when my regular hair stylist decided to move out of state. I decided to check out Phresh mainly because it was pretty close to me. Called. Set up same day appt. When I first walked in, I was greeted by a woman with a smile - dont remember her name. Since it was my first time there, she gave me a tour of the beautiful facility. Nicely decorated, opened area, good natural lighting, super relaxing & comfy lounge area w/ beverages offered to you. Water, flavored water, tea, coffee, etc. I worked with Molly for my cut. Shes super cute, listened to what I had to say and gave me great advice on how to style my hair. After that appointment, I had set up another appt with her two days later for hair coloring. Amazing job and it was more than what I expected. The staff told me about their specials that is going on this month but I never felt pressured to buy anything. Staff is super nice, spa is clean & service is excellent. An easy 5 star rating for me.

Ive been going to phresh almost exclusively since they opened the Grand Avenue location and now I frequent both locations. Ive always been happy with my cut and color results and if something needs to be tweaked, theyve done so at no additional charge. Im not always the best at articulating exactly what I want, so having knowledgable stylists who can work with me to figure out the look Im going for is always appreciated. I have so much trust in the team at phresh, my entire wedding party and I will be getting our hair and makeup done before the big day and I cant wait. :) The staff is warm and friendly and I love the convenience of the West End. I would recommend phresh to family and friends and have done so many times in the past!

The reception area is always so clean and bright. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful, they always offer to take my coat. Behind the reception area is a small waiting room that is beautifully decorated and Im offered cucumber water or coffee. They have WiFi! Everyone is always dressed so stylish. My hair stylist is amazing, she remembers who I am, whats been going on with my life, what I like my hair to look like. Shes always able to make my glam hair dreams come true. I always leave looking fabulous and smelling amazing. I love their hair products and shampoo! Also, the scalp massage while getting my hair washed is just what I need after a day at work.

I have been a client of phresh at West End since it opened and have skipped around to a number of stylists. The stylists are knowledgeable, always providing great recommendations but at the same time are open to my own preferences and they have a wide range of price points. In addition, spa services are a dream. The attention to detail and care taken for their spa guests is what you would expect from a destination spa. The easy underground, heated parking at West End is also a plus!!

Hands down best haircut Ive ever had! The salon is gorgeous and comfortable, the staff our friendly, and the products they use are top-notch. I asked my stylist, Stephanie, to give me a shorter look (we chopped more than 10 inches off!), and I feel better than I could have imagined! She did an AMAZING job--like she read my mind :) I also appreciate that I was offered a beverage upon arrival--a nice touch! I will definitely be coming back!

I decided to try this place out about a year ago and Im very happy I did. Ive had great experiences with both stylists Ive seen. Very friendly staff and I like the size and feel of the salon. I appreciate the points system they have for frequent customers - rewards you for pre-booking appointments, referring others, etc. Plus, there are plenty of places to eat lunch or dinner before/after your appointment!

Phresh is amazing. I mainly go there for facials and Crystal is absolutely fantastic with both service and product recommendations. My skin is very cranky and prone to hormonal acne, but after four months of regular visits and switching over to Eminence products, it looks and feels completely different. Ive also had pedicures and massage at Phresh and both were great as well. Highly recommend.

Phresh Salon contacted me a week before my wedding, after my make-up trial and consultation to tell me my wedding day appointment was no longer available. I would turn to a more reliable and accommodating salon if youre a bride! Also, while they carry a very nice line of make-up, many of the products were unavailable for purchase and had to be ordered and picked up.

I had the best massage Ive ever had from Becca this afternoon. It was amazing! She was professional and attentive. Gave me great tips after it was over to improve some things. My manicure was fine, nothing special and I dont really think it was worth the price. But overall, great facility and friendly staff. Thanks Becca!

My experience here was horrible! I got the 4hr package with a massage, manicure and pedicure and a blow dry; the massage was great but the lady who did my manicure and pedicure did it VERY carelessly and the woman who did my blow dry kept burning my scalp, Im never going back! Over $300 wasted!
