I got the Billy jean pedicure and was expecting it to blow my mind based on the description. They barely rubbed my feet and legs. The benches are uncomfortable. The soaking bowls are on wheels so you feel like you have to use your legs to keep it from rolling away. The most non relaxing pedicure Ive ever received. Im one week out and my big toe polish just chipped. Never go here.

This review is a long time coming. I went to Spot for years for skincare and waxing from Laurel. I have recently moved out of state, and miss Laurel more then ever. She was always professonal, a pleasure to chat with, and really knew her stuff. She always went out of her way to make my experence fantastic. I cant say enough good things.

Shayla is gentle, caring and really cares about the overall experience for her clients. She always makes sure I love how my brows/face look before I leave. And she has the best little nuggets of info on how to care for your skin. Spot Spa is clean and inviting and Shaylas room is a little oasis. Shes awesome!

I had a brow tint and trim with Shayla and I feel like my whole face has changed for the better. She is seriously skilled. I loved the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere in the room and her matching demeanor. I highly recommend seeing Shayla at Spot Spa.

Im so happy Ive found this place! Ive been to the NE location a couple times and now Uptown. I truly feel like this is the best spa in Minneapolis. Today I had Keara and she did an amazing job! I cant wait to book with her again!
