Zero stars from me! Not only do they NOT answer their phones, but the automatic scheduling system is a disaster. I made an appointment on the 4th of July (and received an email confirmation of that appointment). I called just to make sure that they were going to be there on the holiday (left a message; received no reply). I drove the 45 minutes to their office on Lake Calhoun, even though no-one had called to re-confirm my appointment (because... you will boldly see on their website that they will charge your credit card the full amount of the appointment if you dont/cant show without a 24 hour cancellation). I called when I arrived and left a message that I was sitting at the North entrance to the building; and waited 15 minutes for a call back (per website, you need to call after hours in order to be let into the building). I received no call back. I looked up the website one more time before leaving - as I still wasnt sure they werent open, as the main page of the website claimed in bold letters, "Open Until 10:00 PM Today!" I called one final time before leaving on my 45 minute drive home. I wasted almost 2 hours of my holiday. I firmly believe that I should be able to charge their credit card for not canceling with me - at all.... let alone a 24 hour notice! Four days later, I received a call back: Blew my mind that I didnt receive an apology! Instead, I was told that they were closed on the holiday, and did I want to keep my next appointment? "NO THANKS"

I should have listened to the reviews below, but unfortunately I decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I had a horrible experience and would like to prevent others from having a similar experience. Not only is the address wrong on the web page, but they make you feel badly about accidentally going to the wrong location. There is no working phone number to inform them of your mistake of going to the wrong address. As I confusedly trying to determine where to go, I received a very angry phone call from the staff informing me I was late. I apologized and explained my situation and I was very rudely told the correct address. I RUSHED over as fast as I could, probably a ten minute jog, and when I arrived I was told they wouldnt see me and they were doing me a favor by not charging me for the missed appointment. I was flabbergasted. I would have been fine rescheduling my appointment, but I wished she would have told me on the phone before I sprinted over to the other location. I begged her to see me since I had already wasted an evening getting there and she said she wouldnt see me. It was such poor service and poor communication and unfortunately I cannot recommend Calhoun Natural Medicine to anyone.

I was not impressed with my 6 hair removal treatments from Calhoun Natural Medicine. I was told on treatment 1 that the hair removal would be most, if not, complete by treatment 6. I was also told after treatment 3 i would start to see a change. None of these things were true. On treatment 6, the lady doing my hair removals says "so they told you you would have to come in for touch-ups every 8 weeks, right?" No. No, they did not. "Touch-ups" are an extra $50 a pop at a location that is in no way convenient for me. On top of that they have changed their staff so often to the point that i know no one there. They have also changed their hours repeatedly. Last i heard, they wouldnt be open at all on the weekends anymore. I was only ever impressed with one of the women there doing my hair removal, but when i rescheduled with her, she had left the company before my next appointment.

DO NOT GO HERE. This is the most poorly run, unprofessional place Ive ever been. The first time I went here, the person who was giving me my laser treatment kept saying "Oh, I hope Im doing this right, Ive only done it a few times". Then she forgot about me half way through a laser treatment and just left me laying on the table! They apologized, and asked me to come in two days later for a re-do. I came in two days later, checked in with a receptionist, and waited, and waited...no one came to get me. THIS IS THE BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME. Pretty sure the girl performing my first treatment was the receptionist, and she was covering for someone who didnt show up.Thats just my guess. Either way, take it from me, theres a reason why this place runs so many groupons. They cant keep business.

DO NOT USE THEM! Horrible customer service. I have made multiple calls to get a credit on my account but to no avail. The staff didnt even have a record of what I purchased and now arent honoring what was verbally sold to me! What a mess. When I call, it just gets lost and the phone call isnt returned. On top of the horrible customer service, the technicians are unprofessional and untrained. Dont waste your money!! I have gone to other laser technicians around the city and know the quality that is out there. I recommend Sapphire Advanced Aesthetics or the Skin Klinic. Stay away from this place!

I bought a treatment package here and when I went for my treatment, it was my first time at the facility. I didnt feel welcomed, didnt recieve any sort of tour or any information about the slaon at all! I didnt even get any details about my treatment package. I didnt feel comfortable and felt like the salon missed a lot of opportunities to do so. I was open to purchasing more treatments through them but will not because of thier poor service!

I worked with Nicole before she ever moved to this great location. It is clean, beautiful, well-lit with wonderful windows. The feeling of the clinic is airy, light and clean. The receptionists and staff are genuinely friendly. I have received excellent service, whether a colonic, facial peel or microdermabrasion. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

This place is horrible. Like other people have said they dont answer their phones, dont call you back and basically make it hard to get services from them. I cant wait until my Groupon is used up so I can stop having to deal with them.

Cannot get a hold of them!! I paid $100 for a groupon, and have tried to call 10 times already, 3 voice mails and no return calls. Worst customer service ever.
