This is not a spa! The pictures on the website must have been taken somewhere else because they do not accurately represent what this place looks like. Most of the staff was extremely unprofessional, unorganized and cut corners in every area possible. The masseuse I had could not have had any professional training - she pulled my arms up behind my back and then pulled my legs up and bent them backward - and then karate chopped my whole body, including my butt! It was the most akward massage I have ever had and was a complete waste of money. We had a party of 5 and 3 of the 5 of us had a terrible experience. Do not waste your money here - go to a real spa.

We had a wonderful time celebrating my mothers birthday with a Spa Party Package at Lontis. It is a small place, perhaps not as luxurious as a typical day spa, but the employees were very nice and did a great job. The price was also reasonable. I would definitely consider going again for another celebration. We had a blast.
