I had made several appointments with Amy over the past couple of months, and each one she cancelled at the last minute - the last two were within 30 minutes of when I was supposed to be there. I understand that life gets crazy sometimes, and Im assuming there is something else going on that shes not telling the truth about. Once is a bummer, twice is an unfortunate coincidence, three times should have made me known better, because the fourth time was just plain stupid. Im sorry, Amy - I really liked you and the service you provided, and I hope that youre able to work through whatever it is thats going on, but in the meantime you should know that this experience has cost you a client. Future prospective clients - book at your own risk.

Cancelled appointment the same day just hours before, which I can understand if theres an emergency. However, was reassured that she would follow up and reschedule. Since then, no contact nor responses to any messages or phone calls about rescheduling. I am highly disappointed in customer service.

Terrible experience. I was expecting the Bourbon & Bows prices but was charged $15 more because it was her specialty. She didnt even was the top of my eyebrows or give me a mirror to check out her work!
