Great vibe, nice people. I recommend Matthew as your go-to stylist. He may not be available on weekends. This place is very friendly, but pricy, as any good haircut is. My haircuts have ended up around $65 after tip. Ive gone there 3 times so far and had to get a different hairstylist everytime, since Matthew changed his schedule. The other stylists Ive had cut my hair WAY too short (at least 3inches shorter than I asked for repeatedly) and Ive just woken up the morning after my last haircut and I want to cry because of how short she cut it! Anyways, the vibe is great, people are nice, its pricy, and I recommend asking for the length and style you want repeatedly because some of them just dont seem to get it.

I have unruly, crazy curly hair and I used to struggle with getting the "right cut" for my hair type. I was sick of hair growing out into a broom-like shape so I decided to go for a quality haircut from Bre at Salon Lili. She rocked it and now my hair grows out beautifully and Im constantly getting compliments because I can now wear by big, beautiful curls down! Even in MN humidity! I also get my hair colored by Bre because she can take my pinterest images that I show her and turn them into a reality! An amazing cut and color from the Lili crew is absolutely worth it!!

First off, this salon is absolutely beautiful. So clean, modern, and desk staff are so friendly! I made my appointment extremely last minute and they were so flexible & kind about it. Haley is AMAZING!! Seriously, so kind, genuine, and so talented at what she does! Im so picky when it comes to my hair, and where I go.... I will most definitely be a returning customer. $300 for just to get a knot out of hair. They didnt let me know until last minute! Scammers! I am never going here again. I was only here for a haircut SCAMMERS! THIS place is only for the super rich people. Robi Lynn is terrible! A horrible color and high lights. She will scam you into more than what you want to pay for. Especially if you are a nice person and been going there for years.WATCH OUT FOR THAT PINK TAX TOO!

Kate is hands down the best Stylist I have ever seen, I have yet to go a day without compliments on my color. I have had red hair for over 5 years now and Kate always finds a way to freshen it up and try new things while staying within the color family. I always leave the salon feeling confident, and relaxed. Best scalp massage ever.

Went there with the wife to get her hair done. We got greeted with professionalism and eagerness for help. While I waited I was treated to personalized coffee and magazines. Great experience for a guy who was waiting :) also the wife loves the new low lights. Thank you. Ps I also scheduled services for myself. Looking forward.

I have been getting my hair cut by Orville for over a year now. He always does an amazing job. I have very fine hair and he is always gentle. He spends the whole hour on me and I never feel rushed like at other salons that just want to get done quick. Love this salon. A little pricey, but worth it

I visit Lili salon at Galleria every month for my hair coloring. Excellent service! Charlie and Parisa are my favorite beauticians. I was super satisfied with my facial as well. Awesome experience! This is the best salon in Edina. Very friendly and happy staff!

Stuck up reception and product stuff, and not knowledgeable about their products. The only reason I have this place 2 stars is for their hours and product selection. Given they have only 5 star reviews posted, Im guessing someone here plays "clean up."
