Cost Shelby charged $179 for services, but charged $198 saying it was due to tax, but there was no tip option on our final receipt. Services Shelby showed that she was in a hurry to finish my haircut (rough cut before foils), complete hair color (after foils, not big deal but she missed many roots), and seven foils (missed spot was front foil, near roots, the size of a large blueberry). In her rush, Shelby missed three spots when she colored my hair, two during the actual coloring- 1) as I mentioned, in a front foil, 2) along the front hairline, possibly most of my hairline by the look on her face, and 3) Shelby missed another spot along my front hairline that she shrugged off (Im betting because no money would change hands) when she was "fixing" my hairline the next day. Frustrating. Unprofessional. Not going again.

Need to take down the "walk ins welcome" sign. Ive lived in P Hill for a decade and tried to get my hair cut there many times. They have never had time for me. My personal favorite was the time I went in over an hour before they close and there were no customers and they still refused me. If you dont already have a stylist there then dont bother. Clearly they are doing too well to care about getting new clients.
