I purchased a membership online. The gym is small but has everything that you need. If you are a heavy lifter you may not be satisfied, the dumbbells only go up to 100lbs and there is no lay down leg press, only a sit down cable one. If you are trying to get in touch with the stafff... good luck. I have been going for awhile and have yet to even see someone who works there. Overall "okay" is the best word to describe this gym.

Great equipment and a clean gym. The owner of the gym, Amrish, is always available for questions and help when I want to change my work outs. It is also close to my home and the price is a good deal. There are several flat screen TVs to watch when doing cardio. It is rarely crowded as well.

Great Gym! Gym has all the equipment I need, plenty of weight lifting machines and cardio equipment. Very friendly environment and owner. Owner is always there to help, ready to answer all my questions. The members of Fridley have been extremely welcoming as I was new to the gym.

It has a comfortable atmosphere that is run by a great owner. It is not a crowded gym and has all the weights and machines anyone could use.
