I am turning 50 this year and have never been a member of a gym. I Love this place! The staff is so encouraging and helpful and truly care about your experience and your well being. I recommend them to everyone I talk to. I have also met some great people in the classes.

Dont like how everyone can see u working out with the machines in front of huge glass windows... Especially at night... Kinda creepy... But glad its local and expanding the area
