TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! Horrible people! DO NOT trust this company! I called and made arrangements weeks before my move. I was told I would have movers at my house at 8:30am. Called the day before to confirm because I only had one day to move. Was told again, "yep well see you bright and early at 8:30am". 9am rolls around, nobody showed. Called and was told, "well we usually tell people between 830am and 10am for traffice". Ok...10am comes and goes, still nobody. Call again, "well be there in 30min". Still nobody. Call again, "well be there by 2:30pm at the absolute latest". 2:30pm passes, still nobody. Im calling constantly. Sales manager "Matt" keeps telling me hell call me back. NEVER does. By 5pm Im calling their headquarters in Dallas, they tell me theyre trying to call Matt the sales manager in MN and he wasnt answering. At this point Im so pissed I drive out to their office in Maplewood because it says online theyre open until 7:30pm. Got there by 6:30pm, doors are locked and lights off. Try calling the number again and can see my number show up on their phone through the window. They LEFT! Without even a care in the world that they completely screwed me over. I was waiting for a phone call from Matt because he said he would call me back. I was led on that they would eventually show up and then they just quit for the day and didnt even call me back. I was left high and dry! All other moving companies were booked and by this point the day was over. The whole time I talked to them they made it seem like it wasnt a big deal and didnt really care. The best part is now today I checked my email and they sent me an email on Sat, the day of the move, at 2:30pm saying that WE canceled and they hope everything is ok and theyll be there for us even last min if I need them in the future! What a joke! I cant believe this company is in business! I wish I would have read the reviews, if you find them on facebook youll see that they do this all the time, NO SHOW! Im also writing to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and I hope that others do too. This business needs to end, they need to stop screwing people over and messing with peoples lives without caring. If I could give them a 0 I would. HORRIBLE! !

Is it possible to give a lower rating? I was in a rush to move and didnt check ratings in advance. Please, respect the posted ratings. The move was a disaster from start to finish. Called every half hour for 6 hours and promised each time the movers would be right over. They moved another job ahead of mine. When the 3 movers showed, one could not physically move anything. They were slow and unorganized. It took them 2.5 hours to load which could have been done faster. I could only move into the new place until 5 p.m. and I pleaded my case to have until 6. These movers stopped for dinner on the way and too 1.5 + hours to arrive by which time I could not move in. The route was 20 minutes. As a result, I could not move in until the following Monday. They did not call me to arrange a time on Monday, nor apologize for missing their window. I thought maybe they ran off with my items. I called the police. I called the company owner who did not return my calls. On the following Monday, they were late again. More, they had appeared to have unloaded and reloaded my items over the weekend. Most every item was scratched, crushed, broken, etc. At least 2 boxes were missing in the end along with some hardware. Their billing was wrong as they couldnt add up the hours to complete the move. I had to talk to the owner to complain about the billing and lack of service to not only get the billing correct along with a slight discount. Absolutely the worst customer experience ever encountered. Well, buyer beware.

Worst experience moving. Many pieces of furniture damaged due to not padding or securing the furniture in the truck. I asked them to pad my wood furniture before putting it on the metal dolly. They said they pad it on the truck. My Restoration Hardware Cabinet has marks from the dolly along with other pieces of furniture. Many pieces with gauges and scrapes. I could not believe the damage. My Weber grill actually fell out of the truck when they opened the door along with my bed rails. The grill is damaged beyond repair. The bed rails beyond words. The house I left has damage on the walls and front door. I wouldnt even let them bring most of the furniture in the new house seeing the damage they left me. I had them put almost everything in the garage. So the job was not completed! I hired "professional movers" because I thought they could do a better job maneuvering the furniture in and out of the house. I was wrong. No one from the company called me back that day regarding what happened. We were told that someone would be contacting us regarding our destroyed grill and nothing! I had to make multiple calls to get a hold of them even into the next day. All around bad service. After submitting a damage claim we got a low ball offer that is $1000 below what we are owed.

If you are looking to hire an unethical and unprofessional moving company you have found your company. I hired this company to do a small office move. Was lied to by their sales person about their capabilities. They showed up with more guys then requested, they worked for an hour and half the crew disappeared. They charged me for four "movers" while only three were there. They have a slick sales pitch but it is all lies. The main reason I hired them was to take down and put back up cubicles. They were clueless! They had no idea what they were doing, didnt have the proper tools and the job took four times as long as it should have. When they put the cubes back up they put them up incorrectly and it cost me an additional $400.00 to have someone else actually repair their mistakes. The move cost WAY more then they quoted and it was without a doubt due to their incompetence. I attempted to talk with the owner of the company and he was unprofessional and unwilling to take responsibility for his employees lying and lack of skills. I would strongly recommend that you do not ever hire this company. WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER!

Had a move scheduled with All My Sons for this last Saturday. We were in the 730-9 AM time slot and I called them at 8 to see if they had an ETA. They informed me that the movers were on the way and we waited around for a while. 8:45 comes along and I called them again to see where they were at. Turns out the truck broke down and they didnt feel the need to call and tell me. I called them back, after 9 oclock, and they tell me "the truck broke down, well be there at 2." I told them that this time didnt work for us, thats why we booked the morning slot, and they said "well be there at two." I asked if we would be getting a discount for the inconvenience (there was no apology or ownership/responsibility over the mishap) and they would not give me an answer. I then tell that that if we are going to pay them for this move, we will need a discount. The guy then says to me "youre not going to tell me what were going to do." Then he told me he would call me back to discuss things. Of course, he never calls me back. Ended up having to book a truck myself and do the move with my family and friends helping out. Never again.
