My wife and I , like many older people, decided to downsize from our large home of 30 years to a nice apartment. I am retired military. We knew only what we could read on the internet about which movers to choose. Which is kind of scary these days. We couldnt have been more pleased with My Movers. Trish , at the office, is friendly, courteous and very helpful. She and her husband, Brad, are very fair and honest with their prices. And will offer tips from their years of experience to help with your move. Tony and Ronnie arrived on time, and were experienced professionals. They work fast and efficiently, wrap your furniture expertly for protection. Very hard workers doing a hard job. And cheerful and polite. Keeping a good sense of humor, and funny banter while working. And offered excellent advice to us to help us with our move. I strongly advise using My Movers. ( I know this review sounds planted it is so good, but I have never met these people until my move . And no. I am not Tonys and Ronnies favorite uncle. :O)

I contracted with My Movers two weeks before a cross-state move from Springfield to St. Louis. The destination address has a HOA which requires reserving a certain move-in date (a point which I made clear to the owner). I contacted several moving companies and chose My Movers specifically for their availability on the move-in date. Five days before the move, I called them to touch base, and they said the move would take two days, and they couldnt work on that date. This was the first I heard about either issue. By that time, I was locked into my move-in date with the HOA, and it was too late to switch. Trish apologized and offered to contact another mover and get them to match her price, but she didnt. I wound up renting a Uhaul. I feel bad for leaving a negative review, because they seem like very nice people, but they hurt more than they helped.

Called this morning to find out if they could move my washer & dryer. The woman I spoke to on the phone seemed very polite and helpful. I told her what I needed and that I was moving just down the street. She asked when I needed it to be done and I said "Today if thats possible". She told me shed give the information to Brad and would call me back asap. I called 45 minutes later only to be told that she wouldnt know anything until 9:15 and would call then to tell me if they could help me or not if "I could hang tight until then". It is now 10:00, another 45 minutes after I was told Id receive a call and I have heard nothing. I feel as if my entire morning was wasted on them. Not a good impression.

I was directed to My Movers by another moving company in Springfield. Since we are an hour away, I set up a live video stream, and they conducted the estimate that way! They continued to go above and beyond, even doing the dirty dishes we had agreed I would handle afterwards. All in all, they were super flexible, super helpful, came in under estimate, and just did an A-Plus job. Will definitely contact them again if Im moving in the area!

We moved the first week of October over 200 miles from Springfield and are happy that we choose Trish and Brad of My Movers to do all the moving for us. They worked all day getting us packed, loaded, and moved with no mishaps and the next morning we were in our new home here. Fantastic people to do busy with. We highly recommend them. BTW, it was all done for a reasonable charge. Merry Christmas and have a blessed new year!

Tony and Tyler relocated my office space earlier this week. They were prompt, worked quickly and efficiently and friendly. Upon arriving at the new location, which was smaller than the previous one, they took time to rearrange the furniture in order to find the best possible fit... and still finished ahead of the estimated time frame. Thanks to Tony and Tyler for making this move a breeze!

My Movers did a wonderful job with our move. All the staff was very professional and detailed. They gave good advice on helpful packing tips before our move. Then on moving day they worked efficiently, quickly and ensured everything was moved safely. I highly recommend My Movers!

I just nearly got run off of the road this morning driving North on Glenstone at Kearney. That big old moving truck was running through fading yellow lights, changing lanes at high speed, and cutting people off this morning. Im glad my stuff wasnt in the back of the truck...

The movers where on time and very personable. They made sure we knew that all of our stuff would be taken care of with the best care! (Weve never used movers before) They made our moving nightmare a very pleasurable experience. I would recommend this company to everyone!
