************************WARNING************************** -----(DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY)------ I moved out of my apartment in April to a house in Springfield. When I hired to "TWO MEN AND A TRUCK" I thought everything was going to go great.....well at first it did. 30 minutes into the the two guys start taking their time, messing around in the truck "getting things ready" so I started help them. YES, I STARTED HELPING MOVE MY OWN STUFF INTO THEIR TRUCK THAT I WAS PAYING FOR! The rest of the time one guy was moving things around in the back of the truck and me and the other guy were doing all the heavy lifting. Finally we make it to the house and one of the guys kept talking about how nice my outside small glass fold up table was. Really I didnt think its that great cost $10 at Wal-Mart. Long story short the table was messing after everything was unpack and MY BRAND NEW DRESSER WAS BROKEN!!!!!!!! I call many time had their "WOODWORKER GUY" come and look at it I was suppose to get composated for the broken dresser and never did!!!!!!!! I called a month later and the fambled around about everything. So I called week later and they said they with have their lazy general manage call me....never did and now Im getting a lawyer. DO NOT HIRE THESE LOSERS, THEY WILL RACK UP THE TIME AND MONEY, BREAK YOU THINGS AND STEAL YOUR STUFF AND NOT DO A THING ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

Used TWO MEN and a Truck here in Springfield this past week to move from our home in SE Springfield to our new house also in SE Springfield. By FAR the best experience weve ever had with a moving company (or any type of service company for that matter). The move took a little less than they had estimated, so it cost less than estimated, plus the three men from Two Men were outstanding. Very professional, very friendly, very careful. The arrived on time, got right to work, and everything arrived at our new home perfectly. Was surprised that the service included neat little things, like putting the beds together, hooking things up in the new home, etc. Would use them again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend them to anyone in the Springfield area who is moving.

I love two men and a truck in general. We had them unload an already packed uhaul. We have used them before and had zero problems during this unload. They had an employee in training so we got an extra person for free. The employees were friendly and worked hard, completing the unload faster than I expected. The only negative is the Springfield office staff seem less competent than other offices. They never called me back when I contacted them the first time and I had to call in and get a different person to "take my case". After that things went smoothly. Overall they may be more expensive then some other places but I feel confident I will be taken care of. Will use them again in the future if the need arises.

I wish I could use zero stars as well. If you want your antique piece damaged, call this company! We are going through cancer diagnosis right now and the last thing we needed was one more irritant. You would think that a moving company could move something well, but no, they did not. Their resolve in claims was to say that they piece was falling apart and that they would send someone out to repair it--if they repair as well as they move I am just asking for more trouble. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY unless you like finger pointing, poor customer service, and kindling instead of furniture.

The guys that showed up for my move were great. They called to let me know when they were leaving the office and showed up just a few minutes later. I only needed furniture moved and they wasted no time in getting the truck loaded up. I had one very heavy and awkward piece of furniture that I wasnt sure would be possible to move but they managed to get it packed away and moved to my new place. The movers never stopped for a break or wasted any time and got my move done more than an hour less than the quoted time.

Moved the week of April 27-downsizing, local move. As many of you know, moving is stressful no matter how short a distance you are moving. Our team from Two Men and a Truck (6 men and 2 trucks in our case) were absolutely phenomenal! They were efficient, knowledgeable on how to care for property and valuables, courteous, and had great camaraderie with one another (made the job fun!). They also moved our baby grand piano with care and expertise. Great job! Many thanks.

Should be zero stars. Requested a quote, the lady said she would call me regarding matching another quote, never got one. I followed up, she said she had to wait for her boss to return. Cool. No call ever. I follow up again, she has to wait for her boss. This is over like 4 days. Do they not work or is she a lazy? Again says she will figure something out and call me. Never does. Dummy cost her company a $2800-3300 job. Waste of time.

I used Two Men and a Truck for a move from Ozark to Nixa about 10 days ago. They were great. When the clock started, they worked steadily for 7+ hours. The movers were courteous to me and careful with my stuff. They also had sufficient supplies - plastic wrap, floor protection, straps for the truck, and step stools to reach high things. I hope I never move again, but if I do, I expect to use Two Men and a Truck.

Let the buyer BEWARE!!!! Shop around before hiring these folks!!! They are way over priced for the SAME type of move and QUALITY of service AND customer service from the competition. I hired another moving company that did a super job for 4x less than what 2 Men wanted me to pay them. Plus they dont even post one of their own moving vans on website. Instead, an employee owned vehicle.

I have used Two Men and A Truck for close to twenty years and have had NOTHING but incredible service and care with my furniture and all other items.. They are not only careful, the moving staff are always very friendly and polite. The staff in the office is the same. It is the only moving company I will use now and anytime in the future

Two Men and a Truck have been an amazing resource for my work, Harmony House. They have really gone above and beyond in helping us with our move to getting things to a venue for our annual Purple Party. They have a wonderful attitude and handled our items with care. Avoid at all costs. Very unprofessional behind the scenes, they put on a strong face but when the customer isnt around they dont move things properly or have professional conduct at all. Management is the worst that I have ever encountered. I just wish there was a zero star rating, trust me when I say, go with someone else!

Ive used this company 3 times over the last 5 years. They were efficient, kind, helpful and fast. I typically dont leave reviews, but I think when people see something good, they need to speak up and encourage. I will always use Two Men and a Truck. In fact, I will be using them again very soon.
