U-Pack was great to work with. Everyone on the phone took their time to answer my questions and were amazingly accommodating with my unknown move in schedule. The phone staff were professional and genuinely friendly. The drop off and pick up people were equally accommodating and took the time to explain the trailer and loading ramp. I tied down my household items every 8 so I had little shifting and only a few minor scratches. Compared to the last "professional" move I had $6500.00 claim for damages and it cost 8 times more than U-Pack. I liked packing my own household item to assure they were secure. I packed antiques and a large pottery collection with no damage to any of them. U-Pack also stored my items/trailer until I found a house. My items arrived 2 months later, dry and the way I packed them. I got quotes from moving companies, other moving Pod companies and I couldnt be more pleased with my decision to use U-Pack. U-Pack exceeded my exceptions for this move.

I had an excellent experience with U-Pack. Other moving companies were asking for thousands of dollars for my interstate move. With U-Pack it cost me incredibly less for a great service. Customer service was excellent, I received online updates during the move. It is very nice to actually track your trailer like a mail shipment. Local offices affiliated with U-Pack in both States were very responsive and accommodating. Trailer was delivered on time and picked up the same day. I payed separately for loading and unloading the trailer to local movers. I have already recommended U-Pack to many friends who have contracted it after seeing my excellent experience. As long as U-Pack keeps the prices low and customer care high, it is destined to thrive!

Worked really well. The only issue I had was not a UPack issue it was self inflicted. Packing the trailer for the long distant move was a new experience for us. So boxes that we thought were strong collapsed because of heavier stuff on top. We started out loading things tight but as we got closer to being done it got a little sloppy. I would highly recommend staying focused and if at all possible have everything packed prior to starting so you know what you have. I would use UPack again if needed but dont plan on moving again anytime soon.

We have used UPACK for years as we are a frequent mover. This one we have used twice in the last few years. Barb is great to work with . They are open 24/7 but you have to arrange ahead of time when you want to load if you are doing terminal to terminal. I totally suggest terminal to terminal if you are on a budget I think we save almost $1k for the repeat discount, the sign up online and the fact they didnt drop off at your house.Totally worth it. I think our move was $338 from ABQ terminal to Eagan Terminal. Nice!!!

This company has HORRIBLE service, the WORST experience I have ever encountered. Not only did they try to blame us for not knowing the weight limits of our residential roads, but they also thought it was our responsibility to try to contact appropriate people. They decided to call us the night of delivery to give us this information, completely unacceptable. I would have given this company a negative number if possible. They are inexperienced and completely unacceptable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I had a great experience using U-Pack to move this last month. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The customer service was also really good. This is a great service. They were a lot cheaper than PODS for me. Its awesome to be able to hop in your car and meet your stuff at your destination!

Cross country move with UPack went smoothly. Excellent customer service. Every person I spoke with was helpful and friendly. Clear instructions, pricing was the cheapest of any cross country moving company I received quotes from. Would use UPack again if needed.

Everything arrived in great condition and quite quickly, unlike a moving company that we hired last may where some items were damaged and even missing. U-Pack did a great job and we highly recommend them. If we move again, we will use U-Pack!!
