I wish I can give these guys more then a 5 star rating. Eric, Kenny, and Tim helped move my husband and I from a third floor apartment to a duplex. They were amazing!! They worked hard, were very gentle with our furniture, and and lets us know what they were moving and when. We have some old furniture that were hand me downs. When they would move something that had a scratch or ding they would let us know before moving it. Every piece of furniture was wrapped in a blanket. At the end of the day nothing was damaged, scratched or harmed in anyway. Mike the boss came by at the end of the move to check up on us, how we were doing, how the move was and how the crew did. Mike even called that evening to make sure we were ok, everything was ok and welcome us to our new home. These guys were professional, well mannered and made sure we were happy with there service. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend these guys for anyones move. I will DEFINITELY be calling them again for my future moves!!! Thank you West Coast Movers for helping my husband and I make our move easy and pleasant!!!!

Dont fall in the trap of cheap moving quotes / cheap moving. No body showed up on the day of the moving and got a call saying that they will be here the next day. Next day packers showed up ~3:00pm and worked from 2 hours only. Next day, loaders showed up before packers and started loading things up which were unpacked. Obviously stuff did not fit in one truck and so they got another truck to load remaining stuff and I was told that they will reshuffle the stuff so it can be moved in just one truck. On the delivery day, just one truck showed up and I was told that every thing in that truck. But I discovered that most of the stuff that was loaded on the second truck was not there. So I contracted Mike / West Coast office several times and I was told that he will ship the remaining stuff. I never got that stuff. After repeated phone calls / text messages, they told me that they will notify the police if we continues to call/ text them to get our stuff. STAY AWAY!!

A+....West Coast Movers relocated the Newborns In Need volunteer center. I can tell you that it was a HUGE job with many heavy shelving units, cutting tables and a boat load of tubs and boxes. Kevin, Ricky, Curtis and Gary were amazing. This team of four packed and unpacked at an alarmingly quick pace, I really was astounded. KY3 wanted to do a story on our move and I had to call them to come much earlier than our planned time because the move was going so fast I feared there would be nothing for them to film once they got here! These men were very professional, courteous and kind. All items were moved without breakage. Without hesitation I would recommend this local moving company!

We scheduled a move with them. We were so excited to find a reasonably priced company to move us in on a weekend. We called and confirmed two times. We called today, two days before our scheduled move date and they said they never would have scheduled us for a Sunday. I called and eventually got hung up on two times and the. They started forwarding me to voicemail, refusing to talk to me. They did not apologize. They did not try and reschedule us or offer us a different day. Nothing. They just said they never would have scheduled a move on a Sunday.

Please dont use!!! They contacted me on my cell phone and tricked me into signing contract with them without explaining all details about hidden fees and extra charges. The total moving estimate in the contract is $1271.45 for an estimated volume of 286 cf. (2002 lbs). On moving date, we get charged about $45 for just tape and $20 for a box. On delivery date, we get charged $350 for shuttle service. Because of tricky listing of inventory in the contract, they only take a half of my stuff.

They were on time, very friendly, very clean,very professional, very courteous, worked hard to keep on time for budget!! I recommend them only, Ive used others here in town that were more expensive, left a mess,and were not as careful with my belongings. These guys even saved me from having to get an additional storage unit they did such a great job packing my storage unit without any damages. Thank you for making this a great experience for me!

Just moved on 3/23/17; the three men were great. Hard workers that knew what they were doing. They arrived early and went right to work. This was a full house move. Nothing was damaged and they finished a bit faster than what we expected. The price was no more than any other company and well worth the money spent.
