We had a pretty experience with this company over a year and a half ago, but I was disappointed with my most recent experience. When I called to have someone look at a clogged bathtub then first informed me they were too busy, but then decided they could send an assistant over to work on it. The assistant was nice enough, but left abruptly in the middle of the job claiming he needed to get a tool from the shop. I was informed hours later that no one would be returning until the next afternoon. Being a busy working person I hired another company that was able to solve the problem in 20 minutes. Not impressed.

I called this company three times and it apeared they were to busy for a basement finish job (not a small job). The person always called to postpone the appointment for a bid and would reschedule. The last time he never called me back. What a terrible way to run a business. I finally called Todd at St. Croix Mechanical and the entire basement was roughed in, in 2 days.

Barnes Plumbings employee, MIke proved to be friendly, fast and efficient. He dealt with my clogged drain in record time and the bill was reasonable. I would recommend them to friends and will call them again if need arises.
