If I could give negative stars I would. Made an apt for a Saturday for a pedicure and manicure for my daughter and I. We got there ten minutes prior to our scheduled time. The lady didnt so much as greet us as barked as us to pick our color. We started with a pedicure where we sat with our feet in cold water for a half hour as they started work on walk in customers. I mentioned several times that the water was cold but no one did anything about it. Forty-five minutes after our appointment time the pedicure started. It was ok. We were to have our manicure next, the gentleman who was to do mine let me sit for over a half hour while he did other things, sat more walk in apts. Meantime there was a worker there who was basically walking around doing nothing. My daughter manicure was completed before mine was even started. Due to time constraints instead of getting the spa treatment I ended up with a basic and poorly done manicure. I left the facility with a nail that was not completely covered and he ignored me when I asked. Within 12 hours polish on one nail completely peeled off. Within another 12 hours 50% of the other nails have lost their polish (GEL BTW). They will not refund any of my money for the horrible, horrible service. They are expensive and do not do quality work. I am contacting my credit card company to see if there is any avenues there to get some of my money back. Never, ever, ever going back there. I suggest you go somewhere else. A contact to the BBB may be in order.

My friend and I went to get pedicures at this place Friday. I had gotten a basic pedicure. The girl that I had gotten had a bad attitude barely looked at me barely talked to me in fact she didnt say anything at all. She was rough with my toes and it hurt, she rushed through the process, and did a messy job. It was my first pedicure ever and probably will be my last. She gave me no instructions on how to dry the nails or for how long to dry them. My friends girl kept checking on her and reapplying nail polish while her toes were drying and my girl just ignored me. The nail polish on one of my big toes got messed up and my girl just ignored me and wouldnt fix the problem so I went to my friends girl who tried to fix the problem but used the wrong nail color. So now my big toe doesnt match the rest of my toes. This place has terrible service the girls are rude and do a messy job and I wouldnt recommend anybody going to this place not even my worst enemy. This was a terrible experience and not worth the $31 I paid for it.

I went here for Mothers Day. Made an appt at 3 for my mom and I, got there at 3, they were very busy and did not get us until 45 minutes later, what was the point of an appointment? I could tell the lady was in a hurry to finish me, as the other clients that were there were getting impatient as well. She cut my hands with the nail file and I was bleeding from both pinkys. She did s pretty half ass sloppy job, and I was charged $70 for a full set that I didnt even love... . which Ive paid $35 for a full set else where where theyve done a way better job! A week later... two nails broke and I go to a different salon to get it fixed to find out that 7 out of the 10 nails are lifting... which means if moisture and water get in my nails I could get an infection!!!!!! I will NEVER GO HERE EVER AGAIN!!! sloppy and overpriced, dont be fooled by the pretty appearance!!! One of the Worst nail shops in mn!

Worst nail experience- nails were falling off within a week and had horrible costumer service - my nails were crooked and not shaped similarly at all, my friend who went with had her nails fall off even quicker than mine. I paid for a gel acrylic and it didnt even last a week before one snapped off. The nail technician upcharged a ton of things at the register - everything that i dread about nail salons in one place - paid $20 for a manicure for a younger girl I brought with me and they didnt even clean the nails or do any sort of spa treatment - they literally just put on polish for $20.... such a rip off... this place sucks... wait time was an hour with a reaservation...

I purchased a Groupon for this nail salon and was having a decent visit. The salon was clean and the tech was nice. She asked if I wanted to get the new customer price which was the same as the Groupon (it actually turned out to be $6 more). She took my voucher number down, but I was a little hesitant. The next day the polish was half off of one nail. I went in to get it fixed and it seemed to be rushed. Three days later the top of other nails started to chip almost like a regular manicure. I have used that same gel product at other salons that has lasted 2 weeks. I never saw the Groupon show back up on my account. Do not waste your time or money here!

They told me not to buy the Groupon and theyd give me the price in store. They charged me a $3 fee for doing so even though they dont have to share profits with Groupon. Also, my nails turned out completely different shapes. The staff was rude as hell... except for Europe. The Groupon was also a bait... they claimed you were getting a $70 value but when you read their menu in shop, clearly the value was only $50... the same price I paid for my "Groupon." I warn you against this business. Below is a photo of my two index fingers; one rounded the other squared.

I bought a Groupon thinking I could just walk in and use it. Supposedly you had to make an appointment, but I didnt want to come back another day... they were dead at the time. So they matched the price, but I had used a Groupon coupon code totaling $37.00 (ended up paying more at the salon $48.00). PLUS-- This salon charges you to use a credit card (a couple dollars). The pedicure and gel manicure were mediocre, the salon wasnt properly staffed for a Sunday. I would not go to this salon again.

They are all AWESOME❤️!! Friendly, luxury....very clean!!! They take their time! Good pricing, I recommend anyone to come in and get an amazing spa service! They provide all SPA SERVICES! Waxing, massage, eyelashes!!! So pretty! They are the first ones in the city that Ive seen do the new dipping powder! It last longer then Gelpolish and is chemical free! The pedicures are awesome, Ive had 4 different services there, you can call me a regular! Go check them out youll love it

Terrible customer service. My friend and I had an appointment, which was canceled and rescheduled for a later date. She called to confirm 2 days before and they still didnt have the right information down. We received very poor service, and the technician was less than friendly. We werent even put under the dryers after receiving our pedicures. When we left to check out it seemed like an inconvenience. I would never come here again and will tell others to stay away.
